Newly furnished, main living space features a huge comfy sectional with oversized ottoman, 75" TV, and ample workspace for the business traveler.

Awesome spot downtown Cincinnati!! Literally less then a mile to the stadiums and easy walk for food, coffee or music!! Highly recommended for anyone to stay here.

This was a great place to stay. The steps are a little exhausting to get to the top floor, but once there everything was absolutely great! Highly recommended.

We had a great stay with Robbie and his wife in Cincinnati. Their communication was outstanding—quick, clear, and always helpful, which made everything so easy. Place is a must stay in Cincinnati

Robert was extremely helpful with check in and if we had any questions during our stay. Place is spotless and the location is central to all stadiums and restaurants. Can’t wait to return next year.

Great stay in OTR

Lovely apartment in a super convenient location. Owner was easy to communicate with. The apartment was super clean and well fitted out. Definitely recommend. But do be aware it is a lot of stairs!

Convenient area for downtown events. Apartment was clean and updated and decorated very nicely. Air worked wonderful during heat wave. Host’s were communicative. 60+ steps to apartment so be prepared. Great place to stay for value overall would stay there again!!

This property was in a great location to either walk to the baseball game or get to Over the Rhine and various restaurants. We celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday and had a blast.

My family and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend. We were able to walk to Great American ballpark in 10-15 mins from Robby’s place. Great location and access to other various restaurants and breweries within a short walk. Unit was clean and as advertised. Would stay here again!

Other than the 60 steps (was disclosed prior to booking) this apartment was perfect for walking Cincinnati. The Connector (free town trolley) stop was in the block so it was easy to ride when needed. We were there in a heat wave but the bedrooms have extra AC units for comfort sleeping. I would love to say I’d book again but my knees would say otherwise

Beautiful and convenient

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It’s very close to the stadium and OTR. The condo Is very clean and spacious. The beds were really comfortable. The location can’t be beat. The only downsides were parking and stairs but we figured out the parking app and we got good exercise walking the steps. Great place to stay in Cincy. Highly recommend.

Great place right in town

Stayed for three night. Very convenient to downtown/stadiums. Easy access to the connector to go to Over-the-Rhine. Paid parking was easy right behind building (found the kiosk was cheaper than the online price). The place was exactly as described and pictured. Very comfy and clean.

Fantastic Property and Manager

The pictures dont lie. The apartment is very well kept. Beds are comfy and plenty of entertainment options. The shower never got very warm, which was tough in December but otherwise a fantastic stay. We had an issue with the thermostat and the manager was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.
