Spacious 3 bdrm Cincy home

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Family friendly home with plenty of outdoor entertainment space. With an open floor plan there is plenty of room to relax and watch a movie or enjoy each others company outdoors. This home is located around stores and shopping for a great day in Cincinnati.
Master bdrm has a queen bed and connected half bath. 2nd bdrm has a queen bed and the 3rd bdrm has 2 twin beds. All bdrms have 32" smart tvs.
The space
Centrally located just one exit from Colerain Ave. Which has plenty of shopping, food and entertainment
Guest access
Space to play basketball in the double driveway. Full fenced-in large backyard with grill, seating area, and cornhole for outdoor enjoyment.
Other things to note
Guest are more than welcome to log into your streaming apps on the tvs for your enjoyment while you stay.
There is a washer/dryer on the premises, dont forget to bring detergents.
Guest have access to a Kurig coffee maker, so plz be sure to pack you favorite pods.
There is a basket ball located in the laundry room if guest would like to shoot some hoops.

This house presented my family a lot ofOptions. Each room was very well put together and decorated nicely. Kitchen was stocked very nicely with glasses and plates and pots and pans to do basic cooking. Camara our host was very responsive when we had questions. The only thing that was not great was the h.V a c system could not keep up with the cold weather, so it was very chilly in the house every morning that we were there. Our host did a very good job at trying to help with this problem and create a solution for us.

This was a very well priced property in a nice neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the host was quick to answer all our questions. We would definitely consider staying her again.

Was actually surprised with this house, with 4 adult men, I thought this was going to be a tight squeeze but the house was larger than I thought. The inside was clean but the outside really needs some maintenance and cleanup, especially the back yard. You should invest in a larger TV and a second couch for the living room. The owner was great to work with. Our plans were falling about last minute and she was willing to at least try and get us a full refund from VRBO. Luckily things worked out and we ended up staying. This property is in a small lot neighborhood, but it was quiet. Overall. Happy with the stay.

Nice house and accomodations!

I adored this home. The amenities were nice. Nice backyard with Cornhole. Overall enjoyed our stay here. Only problem....which is not a host issue....neighbots partied hard until after 4 AM. Extremely loud. Just found it worth mentioning if that's a regular occurrence and you stay here with kids. Woke us up a gewstay.

Cute single story home

Had a comfortable stay for the family of 6. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. Nice dining area and living space. Kitchen could use some decent pots and pans. Other than that all other amenities were great quality. Nice backyard space as well.

Terrible communication, cleaning was subpar.

When we arrived we could not get into the house because the handle was locked in addition to the deadbolt lock hat we had a code for. Tried to contact the owner for 3+ hrs while we ran some errands. Owner did not respond. We went back to the house and were able to get the handle unlocked with a random key on our keys. Still no response from owner. When we went in there was a film on the floor with barefoot footprints in it and there were streaks on the mirrors, which did not give us confidence that the house was actually clean. Tried contacting owner again without response and left message informing the owner we were not staying and would be requesting a refund, with no response, so we left. The owner never responded. I was finally able to contact the owner a day after our original check out date(4 days after our issues). She said she would talk to VRBO and see what to do and call me back. That was a week ago, I have tried to contact her multiple times again with no response. Very Unsatisfied.

Graduation celebration

We had an amazing time here! Very clean and spacious. We were all very satisfied. Only thing that was incorrect was the ekey code for our check in but, our host answered our call right away to fix the problem!

Better than a Hotel

The house was roomy and in a convenient location for our stay. Close to the highway and easy access to the local towns. Only complaint was there were minimal towels available and 1/2 bath had paper towel dispenser instead of towel bar for a hand towel, which was not the best to dry my face after nighttime washing. The thermostat automatically changed back to 63 every night, so had to keep an eye on that as it was quite chilly when we were there.

Spring Break Visit 2024

This house was the perfect location to everything we wanted to do including Cincinnati Zoo, Jungle Jims, Cincinnati Outlets, Boonsoft Museum, US Air Force Museum and more. There was a cute welcome basket for us. Loved the open concept. Definitely will keep in mind for the next time we come back. Host also replies back quickly if needed for anything.

Clean and quiet

Our family needs a nice quiet place to stay and this place was clean and the neighborhood was peaceful. We came in to go to Great Wolf and Cincinnati Zoo. Both places were a little over 20 minutes away from this location. We had a wonderful time and highly recommended this VRBO. Easy check in and comfortable accommodations from the host! We will definitely return.
