    The space
    The home is arranged as three private apartments within one historic building. Each apartment has its own entrance, living space, kitchen, bathroom(s), and sleeping areas. Self check-in with smart lock keypads makes it easy for group members arriving at different times.

Perfect house for a large group! Slept 12 very comfortably and provided privacy for all. Unique with 3 separate units.Host was terrific and allowed for a 2 hour early check in so we could drop off food.Great location! Easy to get into the city and we walked to Eden park.Would rent again.

Only thing would have been nice was a larger area for dining in one of the units. We were able to definitely make do with the 2nd floor kitchen with extra stools brought in and chairs pulled up around the coffee table. This is a beautifully updated house!

Such a great place to stay for our Work conference. We had seven adults in the home all spread out. The kitchens were well equipped, the thermostats kept us comfortable, the decor was pleasant and modern, the host’s communication was quick and kind. Highly recommend! Great pizza place within half a mile. Would definitely come back to this house in the future.

I would definitely stay here again! Very clean and nice job with the remodel of the house. Very uniquely set up with three different secure spaces to accommodate varying numbers of groups. You can rent up to three different spaces each with their own bedroom(s), kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, bathroom(s). Earned the 5 STAR!!!

The house exceeded my expectations. Family and friends were gathering in Cincinnati for a family wedding and this house was close to everything. The house gave us plenty of room to spread out and seek privacy when we wanted, but also enabled us to come together to socialize and have meals together. I have never stayed in a rental that was so well stocked with the essentials that you need to stay for a week (laundry soap, coffee pods, garbage bags, shampoo, etc.). It was so nice not to have to go out and buy those items. The house was beautifully appointed with the owner's artwork, which added a personal touch to the stay. The kitchens and bathrooms were stylish and large. The 2nd floor kitchen made for an excellent place for me to do some baking and became the social hub of the weekend. Our host, Preston, was super responsive to all communications and made us feel welcome. The house was immaculate, and I just felt like we were staying in a very special place with an owner who took great pride in the house.

We had a great stay! Everything was as expected and pictured. The three apartments worked great for our group, with everyone having some private space and bathrooms. Street parking worked out just fine and the neighborhood seemed safe. Location was nice for getting around Cincy. Preston was great from start to finish with communication.

Great house for multiple families

We had three families stay here, which was perfect with the three separate units. The location was great - super close to everything we wanted to see, including the zoo and a Reds game. The management team was super responsive. Lovely home with plenty of space to gather and eat in.

Wedding weekend stay

We couldn't be happier with Preston and the listing! There was plenty of space for our group of four families (total of 18.) The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the common rooms were perfect for hanging out. Thank you for providing a great stay.

Girls trip

We loved our stay at the house!It was less than 15 minutes from any activity or restaurant that we chose. Clean and beautifully decorated. We loved that everyone had their own area. The stairs could be tricky for very little ones or older adults but our group (including 5 year olds) did fine with them. We would definitely stay again!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. We were a little hesitant at first beacuse we had to park our cars on the street. After day one, we felt safe and really enjoyed the fact that everyone had their own mini condos.

This home was AMAZING! It was clean, pristine, and so very fun to be there. We hosted a women's retreat and it was spacious and comfortable for all. The property owner and manager were a delight to work with....easy, accommodating, and helpful! I highly recommend this space to any and all!

Good for my sister, her husband, 2 kids and mom and dadSecond floor apt 2- 1 bedroom and 1 bath efficiency. Small kitchen and small living room. Great for my husband and I Second floor - apt 3 - 2 bedroom and 2 bath upstairs with the largest living room, kitchen and dining table in this unit. Good for 2 other sister's with their daughters and grand daughters. This living room held all of us comfortably when gathering for meals (14 people)
