You’ll be within walking distance of Hyde Park Square, Oakley Square, and the Wasson Way bike and walking trail, giving you easy access to Ault Park in one direction and Xavier University in the other. Restaurants, shops, breweries, and family-friendly parks are right at your doorstep, while downtown Cincinnati, the hospital district, UC, Xavier, and the Cincinnati Zoo are just a quick drive away.

Beautiful property with very thoughtful amenities available. Centrally located. Comfortable layout of the home. Very clean. Highly recommend! The only reason I did not give the property a five star rating is the sound from upstairs. The property is a duplex and while you did not hear the noise a lot, I was aware of people getting ready for work early on a Monday or when a dog was maybe going out for a walk. It was not voices but creaking or scratching floorboards.

Beautiful neighborhood. Close to many restaurants. Easy drive to Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden. We enjoyed our stay!

Very nice place to stay Tucker was very communicative and answered any questions as the trip went along. A comfortable place to stay for just a few days that where we were there from Virginia wish we could’ve stayed more.

This was hands down one of the best VRBOs that we have stayed at ever. The location is very convenient, but the historical details in the house were exquisite including working pocket doors! The host is very responsive, the house is well appointed including thick hotel quality towels. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone coming to the Cincinnati area that wants both convenience and charm.

It was very clean and cute. Lots of hot water and awesome water pressure. The beds were soft. The kitchen had everything you needed. As did the bathrooms. The host sent out a little newsletter for you so you know the good places to eat and how to get to local things to do. The location is so key and so perfect when visiting Cincinnati it never took us more than 10 or 15 minutes to get to anything we wanted to do. Plus, Hyde Park has its own stuff. The owner was very prompt and good at communication and very gracious. We are very blessed.

This was a perfect spot with plenty of room for myself and 2 friends. Close to restaurants and the river where we enjoyed a dinner cruise. Loved the house with all the beautiful woodwork. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
