Welcome to our cozy 600 sqft one bedroom, one bath unit with free parking near UC and Cincinnati Childrens! Our comfortable and inviting space is just a five-minute drive from downtown, making it the perfect home base for exploring the city. Whether staying for a month long stay or a weekend getaway- we take great pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for our guests.

With a well-appointed kitchen, on-site parking, and cozy comfy beds, you'll have everything you need.

The unit features a comfortable queen-sized bed in the bedroom, as well as a sofa bed in the living room, which can accommodate additional guests.

In the living room, you'll find a 50 inch smart TV with streaming capabilities, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator.

Free parking is available on the premises, making it easy to come and go as you please. Our location near The Christ Hospital, UC, Cincinnati Childrens Hospital is perfect for travel nurses, anyone visiting the area for medical reasons, as well as those who simply want to explore all that Cincinnati has to offer.

You will have access to the entire unit.

We're here to help when needed and give you space when not needed!

You can walk to UC from here, but otherwise you will likely need to Uber/Lyft or call a car. Luckily, we have free on-site parking. Additionally, we're nearby some of the city's most walkable neighborhoods, including Over the Rhine and downtown. Once you get to OTR or Downtown, simply park your car and walk everywhere or take the Streetcar (Free!).

Please note the fireplace is not available for use.

The Air Conditioning is window unit A/C. The property's heat operates on a centrally-controlled boiler system.

This property has a security deposit hold collected by us via credit/debit card. It is similar to an incidentals hold that you would pay at a hotel prior to checking in. At our discretion we may waive this deposit hold. We collect this security deposit through your credit card. It is between $300 - $500 (see the listing check-out page for details).

----------Section 2- Important House Rules (and Consequences) ------------

We strive to provide a polite request to come into compliance with our rules in the event of issues. If the request is not honored then your reservation may be terminated without refund, at our discretion.

SAME-DAY RESERVATIONS: If you are placing a reservation for same-day check-in, please contact us first. If you place the reservation without contacting us first then you may be denied entry, at our discretion.

CONSEQUENCES FOR THROWING PARTIES INCLUDES PROSECUTION: Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without our advance, written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing. See ORC 2911.21. If you throw an unauthorized party, we may choose to press charges for criminal trespass. You and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted to the full extent of the law, at our discretion. Whether behavior constitutes a party is determined at our sole discretion, but would include things like bringing extra guests into the property, people coming in and out, etc.

NOISE AND DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR: Please observe quiet hours from 9:30pm-8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without our advance written consent.

SMOKING AND FLAMES NOT ALLOWED: Do not smoke or light anything in this property. This includes tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, hookah, and anything else.

VIOLATING OUR RULES MAY RESULT IN RESERVATION TERMINATION: At our discretion, we may terminate your reservation for a violation of our house rules -- no matter the time of day or night. You will not be refunded and may incur additional fees.

DISHONEST OR ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR: Dishonest behavior may result in termination of your reservation without refund, at our discretion. Abusive behavior will result in termination of your reservation without refund: yelling at, screaming at, swearing at, or menacing members of our team is considered abusive behavior.

WE RETAIN COMPLETE CONTROL OF THE PROPERTY: We reserve the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if we believe, at our sole discretion, that you have done anything or intend to do anything that would harm people or property, disturb our neighbors, or harm the reputation of our property. If we have any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party then you will be denied entry.

----------Section 4 - Additional Fees and how to Avoid Them ------------

The following may incur a fee:
1) Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee.

2) Pet hair: $300 cleaning fee for cleanup of excessive pet hair, at our discretion. If you have a pet that sheds, bring lint rollers and remove your pet's hair from the property.

3) Stains on the carpets or linens: $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher.

4) Smoking ANYTHING indoors: $300 cleaning fee. No exceptions. Just don't do it.

5) There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Unfortunately if you do not return the key then we have no choice but to have a locksmith change the lock.

6) Deep Cleaning: Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee which we will collect through the Airbnb resolution center.

7) Security fees: If we incur security / fire department / police fees or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. The minimum security fee is $150.

Aspectos positivos: Limpieza
Overall the place was nice, kitchen could use some cleaning as it was pretty greasy everywhere you touched, there was no heat or air conditioning at the time of my stay, not a big deal since I stayed in the spring time. It did get cool at night and hot during the daytime, the apartment had no way to control this since there was no in-room heat or air control. The apartment is pretty old but in good shape. The rental management company was easily reachable via phone.
