This oasis is nestled privately in the hills of Mt Auburn, overlooking Cincinnati’s most vibrant neighborhood, OTR. With original hardwood floors, curated character throughout the interior, and vast expansive views from the private patio, there's character to be found everywhere you look.

Equipped with all of the essentials needed for a lavish and comfortable stay, the condo provides as much inside as the surrounding neighborhood outside. Welcome to the perfect weekend getaway or trip to Cincinnati.

The living room features an ultra comfortable sectional for lounging or working from. The 70" Smart TV comes equipped with Netflix, Youtube, and Hulu (to name a few) for all of your entertainment needs. And the ultra fast WiFi ensures your work, streaming, or music is never interrupted!

| 𝗞𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 |

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make delicious home-cooked meals during your stay. Stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee and creamers, pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates and silverware make it feel like you're right at home.

| 𝗕𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 |

There are two bedrooms with available sleeping options. The primary bedroom features a king-sized 12 inch memory foam mattress with both soft and firm pillows to ensure a comfortable sleep every night. A secondary TV with Chromecast is also provided for your relaxing pleasure.

The secondary bedroom doubles as a sun room with epic expansive views of the city. While this room is not set up as a bedroom by default, a full-size deluxe air mattress with extra bed dressings is available to set up. We’d even be happy to set up for you with advance notice!

The bathroom includes all of the complimentary bathroom essentials you might need for your short or long-term stay, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, hair dryer, Q-tips, makeup removing wipes, and multiple sets of towels!

| 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝘆 |

The condo features a set of high efficiency washer and dryer units with complimentary Tide Pods and Bounce Dryer Sheets, so you can easily get the perfect load of laundry done during your stay.

The patio is completely private to you, with ample furniture, and a charcoal grill available for use. Besides a kind reminder to keep noise levels down during quiet hours, we hope you spend tons of quality time taking in the views and sun!

During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire condo, with enhanced security features to ensure both safety and comfort.

Check in and access instructions will be sent to you upon booking and ahead of arrival.

STREET PARKING IS FREE! Just please be courteous of driveways and street signs.

Rest assured, the condo is professionally cleaned AND sanitized between each stay, as well as all consumables restocked for your convenience. If you should notice any issues upon arrival, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will have it resolved right away!
