Great location. Great layout for the two of us for thr weekend! Only minutes walking from the Banks and Paycor. The room for the most part was clean minus the bathroom mirrors, baseboards and bathroom floors. Besides that great place to stay overall!

In the heart of Cincinnati

This property was very good. We had a good time. The linen on the bed was questionable as far as cleanliness, just smelled very human. They had extra linen so we changed it. The location was top flight. I never made it to the pool, the rooftop or the gym.

Originally when booked it didn’t show the address and I thought it was in a different location. I didn’t realize until I showed up that it was 3 blocks away. Not terrible but when you think you just have to walk around the corner to a conference it’s a bit frustrating, but the price was cheaper than the hotels I looked at. The actual check in process, it was less than desirable. I was driving and had nowhere to park so I sent my wife in with both ID’s to gather information. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and wouldn’t talk to my wife because she wasn’t the “primary renter” although she was listed as staying. I had to leave my wife with the car and go in myself to check in. That’s where I found out the parking was only valet and $32 per 24 hours. That’s the buildings decision but would’ve been nice to know upfront. It is also quite frustrating that the apartment only comes with a single key fob and you can’t get through any of the doors without using that fob. When I left early in the morning, I had to wake my wife up so she could escort me to the elevators just to get down to the lobby, then when I came back in the afternoon I would have to call her on my way to come back to the lobby to let me in. That is very inconvenient but honestly it’s a first world problem. The host was great and very attentive, and the actual apartment was nice and clean with a great gym. I would stay again but would definitely pay more to have the option for an additional fob.

Cincinnati - great location

This is a delightful building to stay in Cincinnati. It’s convenient & close to many local attractions, near the riverfront for morning & evening walking & close to many good restaurants as well as the Cincinnati Music House for Opera, Symphony or Ballet. Also close to the Garfield Theater & Graeters Ice Cream The property manager responded to our requests as we had some problems with the number of towels provided & cleanliness of linens in general. We enjoy eating out, but stayed for 2 weeks so also cooked in the apartment. The kitchen had most everything we needed; the cookware could be higher quality - yet I know that can be a challenge with a rental. All in all it was a very fine place to stay.

Cool place, not clean, not ideal

There’s only two towels for a four day stay. They are tiny gym towels. Not bath towels. The tub would not drain we undid the knob on the drain and had to pull out an excessive amount of hair blocking the drain. No ice trays or ice in freezer. The windows do not have blinds on the top third of all three windows causing the room to never be dark. Brights lights reflecting off the white building made it hard to sleep at night. The air conditioning does not work well and you can see the filter has not been changed in a VERY long time. The place is a cool setup. Not really around much unless you’re going to a sporting event. The stairs got annoying over four days. Needs someone who really cares about being a host and not just renting an apartment We recieved our check in information around 1:00 which was 3 hrs before check in. We decided to just part and not go up but the ballet staff was adamant we had to take our things to our room. We then go to the front desk, tell them we are a guest and need the key. We drop our things in the room. I message the host and let them know that we had to drop things in room and that the room had not been cleaned yet so we will leave. Three hours later the host starts calling/messaging telling me I need to return to the hotel because they only have one key and the cleaners need it. Fine. Whatever.
This is at 11:19pm, does not get dark enough to sleep
