"Great check in experience. Got there before 1pm and my room was ready. The staff ran through all I needed to know about the hotel and virtually took me to my room. The room was clean and comfortable, which had a small kitchenette. Nice to have a Nespresso machine, great touch. I had a great nights sleep in a lovely bed, what more could you want. "Nobody waited for me; I couldn't make the check-in because no one was there. I was alone in the middle of the night without any help. Nobody replied on the phone, and Hotels.com couldn't even refund me. It was a complete disaster and a lack of respect in all senses. Everyone provided horrible service, and I’m disappointed. The hotel looks terrible, and the staff is not professional at all. I had to book another hotel, and nobody replied to my messages. It is an awful experience; don't go to that...
