"What a lovely surprise! This is a beautiful hotel in every way. The rooms are astonishing with so many little details. The renovations are incredibly impressive. The staff were fabulous. And the breakfast lovely. A truly relaxing stay and a great find."

"Hotel was nice but there was no air in the room and so was very hot. The power went off a few times and there was no hot water when I went to take a shower. The back of the hotel gardens were extremely pretty and people were hanging out having no a glass of wine and/or reading a book."

"Ideal location, staff very helpful and polite. We arrived earlier than expected, but was still able to check in. Lovely room, very clean. Bathroom a good size, only downside was the shower head seem to point towards the shower doors, making the bathroom floor wet. Also, a bit of a smell coming from the bathroom sink - drains - each time you turned the tap on."

"I had a lovely stay here. The location is great, being right by the station but within easy walking distance of the city. The hotel itself was immaculate and spacious, and my room (standard with king bed) was just the same. Breakfast was generous and tasty, with the same great service as elsewhere in the hotel.
One of my favourite touches was the mini bottle of fresh milk for in-room tea/coffee.
I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Coventry."

"Staff were great! Room was a terrific size and the bathroom was stellar. Parking was free. There was no breakfast, but the pub downstairs had games and entertainment. It was summer and quite hot so the windows had to be open resulting in a few spiders making their way in, but that would be expected honestly. I would absolutely stay here again!"
