Welcome to our stylish 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 3-storey townhouse located near the heart of the CBD. Our spacious and modern house is perfect for families, couples, or friends traveling together. Located a short walk to Latimer Square a beautiful green space, Cardboard Cathedral, and Cathedral square. Discover the great eateries close by, or cook for yourself in the fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms with Queen beds and 2 full tiled bathrooms. Fast speed WIFI throughout.

Welcome to this charming 3-story townhouse! Upon entering the ground floor, you'll find the inviting living, dining, and kitchen areas, as well as an outdoor space for your enjoyment. The first floor features a cozy bedroom with a Queen bed and the main bathroom, while the second floor boasts a spacious Master bedroom with a Queen bed, walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom. Please note that access to the upper floors is via stairs only.

The living area is bathed in natural light, providing a comfortable seating arrangement and a generous 50-inch Samsung flatscreen TV—a perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure. The well-equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, such as a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Additionally, a dining area with ample seating is conveniently located, making it easy to savour meals together.

For larger groups, we offer a sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate a fifth guest. Please be aware that an additional linen fee will apply for this option.

Should you prefer to dine out, you're in luck! The townhouse is just a short stroll away from an array of outstanding restaurants, bars, eateries, and cafes.

Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean.

You'll have the entire property to enjoy with your travel companions, and entering is a breeze thanks to the convenient keypad access. Just keep in mind that parking is available on the street as there's no designated spot.

Carebnb provides a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival, we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.

We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Nestled within the Four Avenues, this delightful property is just a leisurely stroll away from Latimer Square, New Regent Street, the Margaret Mahy Family Playground, and a host of other captivating central city attractions, including Cathedral and Victoria Square and The Riverside Markets.

Before your visit to Christchurch, consider downloading the Moov it app, an excellent resource for navigating the city's bus system conveniently. The Central City Bus exchange is a convenient 10-minute walk away and will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes.

This property does not come with an allocated car park. Should you have a vehicle there's free on-street parking available in the surrounding streets.

For hassle-free transportation, Ubers and taxis are readily accessible, operating 24/7 to ensure you have a seamless pick-up service

City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse, which is located by Christchurch City Hospital. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.

This property has no allocated parking provided. Street parking only.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

Beds were cozy, had all we needed. Very small issue was resolved quickly! Parking was a bit hard and three flights of stairs to reach the top bedroom got tiring and it's very warm in the top room. Overall a great place.

Smart, central and modern

A lovely modern house with comortable beds with all the rooms being spotlessly clean. The property manager was outstandingly friendly with prompt and polite comunication.The living area is 'compact' but adequate for four people. We always like to cook for ourselves and could have done with serving bowls or serving plates. An extra teatowel or two whould have been good too but neither of these issues would be important to people who were eating out or eating takeaways.

Really a short walk to downtown

Great location. Spotless! Well equipped kitchen. Explored Akaroa from here and hiked Godley Head with a swim at Taylor’s mistake. Fabulous time!!

Overall the property was nice, small rooms though, not room for luggage etc. close to town, parking a car was an issue, suggest to use the hotel next door, no on street parking at all close to the unit. You might want to tell your cleaner to look under the lounge's etc. not real clean.

Christchurch perfection

This was like a home away from home. Electronic key took any worry about keys away; proximity to the city was excellent; easy drive to supermarket, and easy to access other locations. Accommodation was warm and had everything needed for a self sufficient and easy stay. We loved that the table was set and the welcoming touches such as lights on, towel rails on, and heated toilet seats! That was a new experience. Not one complaint.

Perfect city centre base in Christchurch

Lovely modern, clean, cosy and comfortable town house accomodation for our family to use as a city centre base to explore all that Christchurch has to offer by foot or the excellent bus network. Two double beds and a nice double sofa bed in the lounge was able to easily accommodate our family of five. Kitchen had everything we needed to self-cater. Overall we were delighted with our choice of accomodation and it was a perfect place to stay.
