Podere Grotta Antica's 3 elegant rooms feature wood-beamed ceilings, brick vaults and terracotta floors.
The walls, painted in natural colors, are a perfect match for the vintage Tuscan furnishings and objects from the country life of yesteryear.
The old barn has also been expertly renovated and is now a splendid apartment with kitchen, fireplace, bedroom with king-size bed, air conditioning, smart TV and private outdoor space in which to enjoy meals or relax while enjoying the excellent view of the Tuscan hills.
Guests have a large garden at their disposal, with a gazebo to enjoy breakfasts on fine days or in the beautiful garden-view dining room in case of rain, a sun terrace equipped with sun loungers, a barbecue area and wide green spaces to relax with long walks in contact with unspoiled Nature.
The location is optimal for exploring Val d'Orcia, Val di Chiana and nearby Umbria, with its beautiful villages, art cities and breathtaking landscapes.
The proximity to Lake Chiusi, Montepulciano and Lake Trasimeno is perfect for a cycling vacation in close contact with Nature.
Inside the Podere Grotta Antica, the old Barn, after a skilful renovation, has become a beautiful 75 sqm annex.
The apartment consists of a living area with comfortable sofa, a kitchenette with table and chairs, a beautiful fireplace and a large west-facing window from which to enjoy the beautiful sunsets that the Val di Chiana can give.
In the bedroom there is a king-size double bed, with orthopedic mattress and memory form topper to offer maximum comfort.
At discretion the bed can be divided into two comfortable single beds.
A crib can be added upon request for children under 3 years of age.
Inside the living area there is also a double drop-down bed and a sofa/single bed for a total of 3 additional beds, with a convenient blackout curtain to ensure maximum comfort while resting.

Being an independent apartment, breakfast is not included in the price but available on request, either in the comfortable gazebo of the facility or directly in the annex.
Also available to guests are the large garden, a sun terrace equipped with sun loungers, a barbecue area and large green spaces for relaxing with long walks in contact with unspoiled Nature.
It is possible to organize, upon request, tastings of Tuscan cold cuts, cheeses and wines, barbecues in our barbecue and cooking classes.
