"Lighting in the room was poor. Handle on the shower valve was very loose and difficult to set. Continental breakfast was fair but lacked anything like toast ;everything was prepackaged. Staff was helpful."

"Dead flies and bugs in the lobby bathroom - overall grungy. Dirty carpets in the hotel room - 3 people booked in our room and only 2 small towels. The "buffet" breakfast did NOT have the muffins, orange juice or cereals as advertised... it was only toast, stale croissants, yogourt, small little fruit ..."

"I had asked the front desk if bath robes were available in the room so we could walk to the pool in them. The lady told us the robes are reserved for the group coming in later on. I was disappointed with her response because if the robes are limited then it should be given on a first come basis. ..."

"Great location - walkable to the city centre. Staff were very friendly. Loved the: Japanese toilet, in-room microwave, lemon water cold and fresh every morning in the lobby.
