SECURITY DEPOSIT: A valid credit card is required for a security deposit. A $150 hold will be placed on your card 24 hours before your arrival and will be fully refunded after departure, provided all house rules are followed and no damages have occurred.

PET POLICY: Strict no-pet policy at this property however we do have other pet friendly properties. Message us if traveling with a furry friend!

CANCELLATION POLICY: This property has a strict no-cancellation policy, and we do not offer refunds. However, we will work with you to reschedule your reservation pending availability. We strongly suggest guests purchase third-party travel insurance to cover any emergency cancellations.

SAFETY & SECURITY: For your security, this property is equipped with exterior security cameras monitoring the perimeter of the home.
