My home is in Fishbourne, in the heart of Chichester Harbour AONB, close to the Roman Palace and the historic harbour village of Bosham. Great for exploring the area of Chichester, the South Downs or attend a Goodwood event. Your whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space.
The space
My home is on the rural outskirts of Fishbourne with a large drive for parking your cars outside the house.

The house sleeps up to 8 guests (one king bedded rooms and three double bedrooms) and is located 3.5 miles of Chichester town centre.

Ground Floor:

The front door opens into the hallway. On the right is the fully equipped kitchen and turning left leads you to the double height, vaulted dining room and mini sitting room with TV. This is a very spacious room perfect for large families to enjoy. Just off the dining area is the sitting room with large TV. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a walk in shower and the other a shower over bath) and a small utility room.

1st Floor:

Up the main staircase from the main hall area takes you to the Master Bedroom which has an anti room just off it with a sofa and electric keyboard for your use. The main bedroom with king bed is spacious and has an ensuite shower and wc.

The rear staircase at the back of the house leads to another double bedroom with views over the garden and fields beyond.

Outside:
My home has a large lawned garden perfect for family games in summer as well as a patio area for barbecues and relaxing.

You will have access to the entire home. I won't be around in person, however, I have help managing my Airbnb with my property management team, Pass The Keys - Chichester. My home is professionally cleaned and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Remote self check-in gives flexibility for late arrivals and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.

There will be some complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits waiting for you to enjoy after your journey. Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (a hand towel and bath sheet per person) as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay, there is a Tesco Extra 2.4 miles away.

My property is pet friendly. Please read and be sure you can adhere to the Pet section on 'Other things to note' before booking with your pet.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire home to themselves.

There is a large driveway for parking your cars.

The house is in a rural location with no public transport nearby so a car is recommended in order to visit the area fully.

Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
A charge may be requested if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner's schedule.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.

Pets
One small, well behaved dog is welcome to join you on your holiday, for an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance with the details of your pet (breed/age).
- Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
- Please do not allow them upstairs or on the furniture.
- Please clear up after them in the garden and around the property.
- Muddy paws should be cleaned before they are allowed in the house.
- Please do not leave them alone in the property.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
