Located in trendy Wicker Park, our modern Chicago loft boasts open-plan living, exposed brickwork and plenty of room to accommodate larger groups. Walk down popular North Ave, Milwaukee Ave and Division St. to explore the many shopping, dining, and nightlife options We are centrally located, close to the Blue Line (airport and downtown access) and a block away from the Kennedy (I90/94 expressway).

Wicker Park, Chicago, was founded in the mid-1800s as a wealthy residential area with grand homes. By the 20th century, it became a working-class neighborhood. In the 1990s, it experienced gentrification, transforming into a cultural hotspot with a thriving arts scene, trendy shops, and restaurants. Today, it blends historic charm with modern urban living, attracting a diverse, creative community.

Please be advised there are security cameras at every entry point to the property that are monitored 24/7. There are noise alert systems in the property that alert us immediately if noise goes above preset decibel levels. In the event the noise alert is activated and/or if unapproved visitors access the property the authorities will be contacted immediately.

Parties, gatherings and unapproved guests are strictly prohibited.

Smoking and vaping of ANY substance is prohibited.

Do not leave food or debris that can attract pests.

When checking out do not leave windows open, lights on and doors unlocked.

Please do not cook anything that leaves a lingering odor.

Do not adhere or tape ANYTHING to walls and surfaces.

Do not use white towels, sheets, washcloths to remove make up ($10 fee per towel will be charged).

Neighbor relations are critical for the health of our listing. We expect neighbors and other guests to be treated with respect and dignity.

Nice Apartment, But Completely Unresponsive Management – Requesting a Refund

We experienced two major issues during our stay that seriously impacted our comfort and safety, and unfortunately, the apartment manager was completely unresponsive and failed to provide any solution.On the very first day, we discovered a serious problem with the front door lock—it was broken and we couldn’t safely leave the apartment. A technician came and removed the lock entirely, promising to return the next day to fix it. He never came back, and the owner never followed up or provided any information.That same night, when we went to bed, we realized that the king-size bed was on the verge of collapsing—it has a metal frame that was completely unstable and about to break on half. It was unsafe to sleep in, so my husband and I had to sleep on the sofa. We immediately notified the owner, but he ignored our messages and never offered a solution. Since he stopped responding altogether, we were too afraid to use the bedroom for the remaining three nights, worried that the bed might break entirely and we would be blamed for it.I paid a premium price for this apartment specifically to have enough space and comfort for my family, and we ended up sleeping on a sofa for four nights. The apartment itself is beautiful and well-located, but there is clearly no proper maintenance or guest support in place. It was a very disappointing experience, and we are requesting a refund for the severe lack of serv

Plenty of room. Great location. Loved the big window. My only suggestion would be to have a carpet pad under the rug. We all took a turn sliding on it or tripping over te corner.

Great space for families

We enjoyed the roominess of the loft and loved having the ability to park in a covered garage. The different bedroom setups worked out perfect for our family. The location was great for food, drinks, groceries, bus and train.
