General Policies:



Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please

include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your

inquiry.



Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis

only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation

without refund.



Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full

duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone

else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.



Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all

posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps

like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.



City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living.

**House Rules:**



Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following

rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a

refund.



1. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.

2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.

3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.

4. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.

5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.

6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.

7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.





Additional Policies:



* Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.

* Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.

* AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.

This space was perfect for our stay in Chicago’s Lincoln Square area. The unit was clean and comfortable. It was quiet at night. Also very close to shops and restaurants making meal prep very easy.

The apartment needs a deep cleaning. It’s been awhile. Coffee mugs were filthy — took a huge amount of time/effort to clean them. Dishes and utensils were not clean - someone when through the steps putting them in the dw but they were dirty with dried-on food. Very thoughtful chargers and night background devices. Was noisy in the morning and night so great! Great location for groceries. Great coffee maker. So close to being great.

The property was nice and clean! Kitchen was well stocked minus cooking oil. Parking directions was a little confusing as it said the lot was marked Tony's Fresh Market Receiving, but it wasn’t and the parking space didn’t have visible numbers, esp at night.

This location is perfect for exploring the north side of Chicago. From Montrose Beach to Andersonville to Lincoln Square, it is ideal. I highly recommend this property for your next Chicago getaway. Paul B

Looks as depicted in the photos. Tidy and clean, although could use a refreshing deep clean. This apt was listed through VRBO, but managed by Red Awning and then check in was done via yet another third party. Very confusing! The apartment was chilly and extra blankets would be helpful. Beds very comfortable. Convenient to grocery store and coffee shop. Felt safe and secure. Would recommend. Would recommend

Overall great experience! This bnb had everything we needed, and more! Quiet and tucked away, felt private and clean. Owners stocked shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and had a hair dyer in the bathroom. Would stay again!

This condo was PERFECT for what we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything from paper towels to soap to shampoo and conditioner. You could just bring in your suitcase and start vacationing. The best part is that you have your own assigned parking spot and that is a PREMIUM asset in Chicago!

Our stay here was wonderful! The location was great and central to everything we needed to get to. Having a grocery store next door was so nice, we were able to stop in and get snacks and stuff for breakfast right after we arrived. The apartment itself was the perfect size for us, and it was incredibly well stocked with anything and everything we could possibly need. Also, the shower was incredible - I need that shower head in my life! Highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!

Clean and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. Perfect for our needs (2 adults, 3 nights). This apartment is located well north of the city and there are no trains close by. That being said, there are restaurants (dunkin 1 block) and stores (grocery, dollar store, etc) well within walking distance. If you are looking for privacy and outdoor space, this is not the place for you. It is located next to the parking lot of the grocery store. It felt very secure and safe to us and it spite of the location it was quiet. The apartment was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were visiting nearby family and this was a perfect set-up for us. We highly recommend and are planning a return trip.
