Luxéry Stay "Paris Themed" Downtown/McCormick/Wintrust Area

Summary:
Walk into a picturesque view of Old France in the Chicago's South loop. This unit won't disappoint with its' antique finishes and warm, cozy feel. Located right across the street from Mccormick Place and Wintrust Arena, you simply cannot go wrong. Additionally Soldier field is within a 10 minute walk for Bears fans, concert goers and more. This unique loft will certainly leave a mark along with the beauty of Chicago and all it has to offer!

The Space:
This unit was inspired by old Paris with its' unique finishes but modern comfort where it truly counts. Exposed brick, fully equipped kitchen and workspace area to be productive- make this your go to when you're in town! There is a queen size bed and we can provide a queen air mattresses or a single trundle bed upon request.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire loft along with the gym and rooftop. The gym is located at the end of the hall on the first floor!

The Neighborhood:
Much of the South Loop's eastern edge is encompassed by the Museum Campus, an impressive collection of cultural treasures that includes the Field Museum, Adler Planetarium, and the Shedd Aquarium. The south loop is filled with a variety of restaurants, bars and venues to explore. There are plenty of historical spaces to check out along with Grant Park which hosts a plethora of music events and festivals. The perfect space to catch the famous Lollapalooza, Chicago Blues Festival and Taste of Chicago. Everything is right at your fingertips!

Fantastic place, fantastic location!

Really great place: location is within walking distance of Wintrust, McCormick, Chinatown, & several excellent restaurants. Building is secure. Apt is as listed-very clean, wonderful amenities (full coffee/tea station, full toiletries, wonderful accents throughout apt). The place is quite large as well-lots of space to relax, work, rest! Very much appreciate the washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc. Renter was very responsive when needed (TV not working, counter door was slightly broken-someone came same day to fix both). Cons: it seems like a relatively new listing, so kitchen is missing some useful things (foil, cooking spray/oil, etc)-if cooking, you may need to pick those up (there is a small but complete grocery store around the corner!). The walls are relatively thinner--I could hear neighbors (although not necessarily understand their words), but everyone is quiet later in the evening.

Great Location

I accompanied my husband to his national meeting which was at McCormick Square. Loved the location to the conference facilities and hotel where other meetings were held with a bonus perk of being 15 min from China Town. Some minor issues: Messaging on the app was pretty iffy. Sometimes I didn’t receive a response but one response came 8 times. I did have to ask for check out instructions as there was no information in the loft. Also, there is only 1 key and fob. So unless you are alone or always together, ask if there is a second key/fob. I didn’t think to ask but it would have been much more convenient. No extra towels and no place to hang them in the bathroom. I realize those are small annoyances but think it’s helpful for future travelers. We did enjoy our stay here! The loft was clean and comfortable! Overall it was a great place, fabulous food nearby, close to the L-train and busses.
