➢ Parking spaces specific to the guesthouse ➢ Shared access to backyard and patio Guest access The property consists of a main house and a guesthouse. This listing is specifically for the guesthouse, and you will have access to the entire guesthouse.
There are 3 lined parking spots in the driveway. 2 of those 3 are specifically for the guesthouse (the leftmost spot is for the main house). Entry to and from the property is shared by both the main house and guesthouse, so blocking the main driveway with any car is strictly prohibited.
You will use a code to enter the house via the front door. This will be your code for the duration of your stay. Other things to note WATER:
Our property is located on a well, providing guests with a rare and authentic experience. While the well contributes to the natural beauty and self-sustainability of our location, we want to transparently share that guests may occasionally encounter a faint sulfuric smell from the water and a slight tint due to its mineral-rich nature. Hard water also tends to leave stains on surfaces of faucets, sinks, and the tub - however, the presence of these stains does not reflect a lack of cleaning. Rest assured, these are common characteristics of well water and are completely harmless. We have taken every measure to ensure the water is safe and clean for your use, and the occasional natural scent is a testament to the purity of our water source.
BUGS:
The area in which our property is located is in a very grassy area. There is also a creek that runs through the property, and a small bridge to walk over the creek and into the yard. As a result, bugs are fairly commonplace both in and out of the house, especially in the spring and summertime. We do utilize a pest control service that helps with pest mitigation, but given the area in which we live, it just isn't fully possible to rid our house of all bugs. The best defense against these bugs is to keep all doors closed as much as possible. We do apologize in advance though if you come across any bugs while staying at our place.
