Fall in love with this spacious beautiful 3 level Cape Cod home! This amazing 4 bedroom, 2 bath home offers a beautiful kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances, granite countertops & hallway pantry stocked with amenities. Enjoy dinner with family & friends in the open dining/living room that offers natural sunlight throughout the day and easily walk out of the beautiful french doors unto the cozy 3 season room where you can enjoy your morning coffee/tea.

The main level continues by offering 2 spacious bedrooms, closets, full bath, and hardwood floors throughout. 1 bedroom has wide, open windows where the sun beams during the day warming up this bedroom/office. Enjoy reading a book on the sofa or watching your favorite movie/show on the smart TV with FREE access to Netflix. Take advantage of the FREE wi-fi or turn the (brand NEW sofa) into a sleeper and relax for the evening.

Spend time in the lower level and enjoy your family and friends company in the rec room stocked with games and family room furniture. The rec room walks out to the backyard where you will find the two tier deck. The main level through the porch also gives you access to the backyard and deck area.

Nice location but inside needs to be painted and backyard especially cleaned up

We rented here a couple of years ago and the location and size of house is good but the inside really needs to refreshed. The walls are very dirty and the door to the basement is actually peeling. The backyard has a lot of debris and the front yard could also be cleaned up. Was just a little bit disappointed compared to our last stay

Great Stay

It was a very comfy house in a great neighborhood close to Chicago. The owner was very responsive and the house had everything we needed. All in all a great stay!

Beautiful location

We loved the neighborhood! Very cute, nice, safe and close to so many things. We enjoyed our stay and there was a lot of room for our big family. We had an issue with our code not working (and we have the same lock ourselves so we know how to use it) but the owner answered when we called upon arrival at 10pm and took care of it immediately. We did notice ants but because of the cold weather and rain that came right after some hot days we chalked it up to weather related.

Home away from home

We rented this home for our family while in Wheaton for our son’s wedding. Very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Close to Glen Ellyn shops and restaurants. Easy check-in and out. Would definitely consider renting again.

Weekend getaway with family

We had a great weekend with family at this house. It was very clean, updated & inviting. Also close to downtown Chicago. We would definitely rent this house again.

Family reunion in Glen Ellyn

The property was lovely, although the back yard had several dead plants the overall look was pleasant. The inside was clean and nicely done, modern conveniences. Really great location for us. Could use an entertainment center in living room, just a personal preference for us and thought I would mention it.

Lovely home, well stocked, attentive and helpful owner/host

Loved the house and the location which is centeral to everything in Glen Ellyn. Owner is incredibly responsive and helpful. My only suggestion is to have a TV on the main level. We would have liked to catch a movie the second night, but no one wanted to go to the basement to do so.
