Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire 1-bedroom apartment during their stay. This includes the living area, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and any in-unit amenities.

You’re just minutes from the scenic Lake Michigan shoreline, perfect for walks, biking, or catching sunrise views, as well as the iconic Museum of Science and Industry. Beloved neighborhood spots like Valois, Harper Theater, and independent coffee shops give Hyde Park a welcoming, community-driven vibe. It’s a peaceful area with plenty to explore, making it a great base for both work and leisure stays.



Getting Around:

Hyde Park offers convenient and reliable transit options, making it easy to explore the neighborhood and the rest of Chicago. Several CTA bus routes run nearby, connecting you to downtown, the South Side, and surrounding areas. The Metra Electric Line is also close by and provides a quick, direct ride to the Loop.



The neighborhood is very walkable, with restaurants, cafes, parks, and shops just a short stroll away. Biking is another great option, with bike-friendly streets and lakefront paths nearby. If you’re driving, street parking is generally available, and major roads make getting in and out of the area straightforward.

For everyone's security in the property, please note that we may request a valid government-issued ID for verification purposes before your stay. Rest assured your information will be handled with care, used solely for verification, and never shared or stored beyond what’s necessary.



Pets are welcome with prior approval and a per pet fee of $50. Dogs and cats only. Pets may not be left unattended unless in a secure crate or carrier, must respect quiet hours, and are not allowed on furniture. The pet fee does not cover damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or extra cleaning for hair or odors.



After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details. Through that link, you’ll also have the option to add a $35 non-refundable Damage Waiver.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for certain accidental damage that may happen during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Coverage is limited to qualifying accidents and does not include intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, negligence, misuse, or house-rule violations.

If you decide not to add the waiver, any damage charges that apply during your stay will remain your responsibility.
