This cabin is perfect for a party of 2 adults + 2 children.
At the "Honeymoon cabin" you will feel away from everything in the peaceful, outdoor environment that it offers yet be quite close to all modern conveniences right in Maggie Valley. I do not rent for more than 2 weeks at a time. Ask if you would like to stay longer.
My cabin offers everything you will need, private Hot Tub, cable TV with 40" Roku TV, WIFI, AC and so much more. As you step inside, you will be greeted by a cozy wood stove, perfect for chilly mountain evenings. Curl up on the comfortable living room furniture and enjoy the smart TV with cable channels. From the porch you can enjoy the sound and view of the Johnson Branch creek bordering the property. The Honeymoon cabin has wireless Internet, bring your laptop and work anywhere on the property, sit on your deck or by the creek.
Just a short distance away, you'll find the thrilling Harrah's Cherokee casino,the slopes of Cataloochee Ski area and the lively Maggie Valley Festival grounds.
The cabin is located 1 1/2 mile from the main highway in Maggie Valley at an altitude of 3200 feet. DURING THE WINTER MONTHS IT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ACCESS THE CABIN. Security camera at bottom of driveway for your security.
Whether you're seeking a cozy retreat or an adventure-filled getaway, this cabin has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation in the beautiful Smoky Mountains.
Wildlife includes, elk, deer and turkeys, of course there is no guarantee they'll come by during your stay.

We regret we do not accept oversize truck, motorcycle, pet, or trailer at this cabin.
Firewood is not provided, you can purchase bundle in the valley or bring some with you. Small logs are better for the wood stove.

Quiet and restful vacay!

The cabin was very clean and the property was well maintained. The stream just outside the cabin was very peaceful and calming. This was just the distressing and comfy vacation that my wife and I needed. Madeleine was a really nice and helpful property manager. We had an amazing stay!

My week in Maggie Valley

Property was immaculate. Grounds were well kept. Everything in the cabin worked as it should. Location was convenient for the activities we had planned. Loved the sound of the stream near the cabin.

Ski Weekend

The house was immaculately clean and it was exactly what we expected from the listing. We stayed while enjoying a ski weekend at Cataloochee which was 20 min door to door! We would definitely consider this place again!

Great cabin

Perfect for a last minute getaway. My husband and I enjoyed having the creek we could sit by or hear from the porch while sipping a drink together. All the tools we needed for cooking were readily available for use in the kitchen. Everything was just as described.

It was a very clean cabin located convenient to Maggie Valley yet privately nestled along a stream. The sounds of the water in the creek were so relaxing. The hot tub was amazing. It had everything we could need for a couples getaway. I am looking forward to booking this again soon!

Cozy Cabin

Nice and quaint. Conveniently located within the town limits. This cabin is small but it worked for us for the most part. Pros- Communication with owner was excellent. And the cabin was clean. The bedding and towels that were supplied were sufficient for our stay. The cabin is well maintained and clean. Parking situation was not bad at all, if you follow the instructions. Theres a loft for the kiddies if you're okay with them climbing a ladder to get to it. Cons- Hot tub was small. (a 2 person tub) If your a larger person take this into consideration. Water displacement is a thing. We drink a lot of coffee, the small coffee pot was a pia, but again we worked with it. The trash situation was not what were used to. So be aware you'll need to take your trash to the dump even though theres a garbage can outside. Overall I would stay here again.

All I can say, is outstanding everything was perfect.

Everything was smooth as silk booking the room ,directions. Everything was in order and spotless. Communication with the owner was second to none. No issues at all. I would highly recommend staying here.

Pure serenity

It was the perfect little hide away for my husband and I. It was private, peaceful and very beautiful. Madeleine was a wonderful host, she was always available and/or quick to respond and very pleasant to talk with. We absolutely would stay at the honeymoon cabin again.

Great little cabin in the heart of Maggie Valley

Madeline was a great hostess and was very clear about what was in the property and what was not, it was a perfect hide away from me and my boyfriend without being too far from anything. Would love to have that heater in my bathroom at home!
