"We got a jacuzzi room with no jacuzzi. Toilet leaks no hot water for sink and shower. Bout the worse place we have stayed. We was promised a jacuzzi and fire place the fire place was in the lobby so make sure you know before you go"

Quality Inn & Suites Maggie Valley - Cherokee Area
"Had to wait 45 minutes on the room. Rooms carpet was a little dirty. It iwas good location and people at front desk was real nice and helpful. Pool was nice over all it was a great weekend."
