"スタッフの対応は、笑顔もありとても良かったです。大浴場もきれいで、化粧水やシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープなど一通りあります。混雑状況も、TVをつけると施設紹介ですぐわかるようになっておりよかったです♪駅近も非常に助かりましたし、コンビニや小籠包などを食べれるきれいめなお店も近く、充実した旅行をおくれました。眺望もよいお部屋だったので、友人一同感激し過ごせました‼︎"

"地點方便，周邊也有很多不同店舖 但不是住客按電梯入住要先保安幫忙，我不知道所以上上落落多次 房間也蠻大的，整體算不錯"

"チェックインは無人式なので有人式に比べて一手間ありますが、それさえ終わってしまえば快適です。お部屋も清潔、水もウォーターサーバーがあってお湯も水もあるのでコーヒー紅茶を飲むのにちょうど良かったです。 羅東に来た時は再度利用したい。"

"Great Stay at Ximen Apt. Convenient location, close to MRT, bus stops, Ximen shopping district. Apt is clean, good size. Shower/kitchenette is convenient with fridge, sink, microwave. Fast dedicated Wifi, AC in both rooms. Elevator to 6F. Washer/Dryer combo. Would stay again. Easy check-out ..."
