The Cotswold Guy Apartment, near Bourton-on-the-Water, is a well-presented, dog friendly holiday home which sleeps four guests, in two bedrooms, with one spacious bathroom. The stylish open plan sitting area overlooks the village green, and throughout the property there are character features including a wood burner, exposed beams and a beautiful exposed stone wall in the playroom in the eaves. Guests of The Cotswold Guy Apartment are welcome to use the enclosed garden at The Cotswold Guy, located next door and below the accommodation, selling fantastic local produce and delicious coffee.

This two bedroom holiday home is the perfect choice for a romantic getaway, or for a group of friends or family who are looking for a break in the North Cotswolds. The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground Floor
The front door opens into an entrance hall with storage space for coats and boots. From here, stairs lead up to the first floor

First Floor

Kitchen
Open plan, Smeg fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven with grill, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and two stools

Sitting/dining room
Wood burner, two-seater leather Chesterfield sofa, armchair, wicker chair, wall-mounted Smart TV with Sky (account holders only), and dining table with seating for six

Bathroom
Bath with overhead shower and separate shower attachment, loo, basin and heated towel rail

Primary bedroom (Sleeps 2)
Eaves room, exposed beams, king size bed, two bedside tables, wall mirror, chest of drawers and hanging rail

Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2)
Two single beds, wall mirror, small storage unit and hanging rail

Second Floor
A door on the first floor landing conceals a staircase which leads up directly into the children's playroom

Outside
Guests of The Cotswold Guy Apartment are welcome to use the garden of The Cotswold Guy farm shop next door (this is a shared and enclosed area with pub-style wooden bench tables and parasols)

The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under)
