"Wonderful hotel in a great location. Room was spacious and clean and the staff were lovely. It would benefit from a hotel bar but we very much appreciated the bottle of wine!"

"Staff very friendly and accommodating. Made us feel welcomed. Our rooms were not ready since we came at noon but they held our bags for us. Rooms very clean and amenities available for free on request like coffee and waterpot. Rooms a bit on the pricey side but the location was also good so well worth it. Will be coming back in the future."

"Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Großes Zimmer und tolle Aussicht."

"clean room, friendly staff, beautiful hotel!"

"The room was small but very well designed, the bed was very comfortable, there were nice little extras like slightly sweetened lemon water and ginger tea in the lobby"

"Convenient location. Clean rooms. One elevator was down which was convenient, but overall good place to stay"

"Excellent - 5 star location! Although, a little disappointing in that the rooms were a bit tired. The bed, a 'tad' saggy. A great location but for the price and to advertise as a 5 star hotel is false. Polish is needed. Attention to the furnishings are also needed. Its not a 5 star hotel. I would classify as a 4 star trendy hotel in a great location. You pay for the location."

"It was a very clean and safe place to stay close to Madison Square Garden."

"Clean room"
