"Recomiendo mucho este hotel, muy lindo, limpio, personal muy amable y buen desayuno"

"We had a standard queen sized room with mountain view. The room was tiny - so small that you had to squeeze to get around the bed. No robes. Shower gel and soap provided. Breakfast was ok. Ran out of black tea. No kettle or water in the room. Worst part is the noise. Very poor insulation so you can hear all neighbouring rooms and music from the restaurant. Bed is hard and uncomfortable- only one pillow per person issued. Wouldn't visit again."

"The Dracula room choosen was great with plenty of charging plugs, however although the bathroom was lovely there was a smell of sewage during our stay especially at night. The b.fast choices were a bit minimal with no buffet especially as no more than 1x cup of tea of coffee could be given without paying for them so the b.fast was for us the downfall of our stay. The free items were good but the hair conditioner was missing as sometimes shampoos type leave the hair very dry."

"The hotel was an excellent location however they had recently changed their parking facilities and didn’t tell us. We spent an hour trying to find a parking spot and was told from the hotel the management would be in touch on our complaint they never were. In addition the WiFi didn’t work."

"A great place to stay in Brasov. Flavius was very welcoming and was very helpful with recommendations for tours/sightseeing in and around Brasov. Room was very clean and tidy. The communal kitchen/living area is a very nice bonus, as it is well equiped and makes dining easy. Close to bus routes as well. Thanks again Flavius for having me."

"Absolutely fabulous experience, excellent views, clean rooms, extremely friendly staff, & the onsite restaurant has a wonderful terrace with delicious cuisine! ❤️ We stayed in their ultra modern 2 bedroom suite with the best views overlooking the valley and mountains… Quick uber rides to Braşov city center, Bran Castle, & more… Highly recommended!! ❤️🇷🇴🤍🇺🇸🩵"

"Pros: Very clean room in a recently built neighborhood. Excellent security and the reserved parking spot was a PLUS! Cons: All the info regarding the access to the apt, the tenant’s and renter’s responsibilities and the incidentals was overwhelming and somewhat confusing. Way too much info in the emails and attachment. If you could streamline that to the bare minimum, you’d get a perfect 10! Keep up the good work and I will definitely stay with BHA on my next trips to the area!"

"Excellent Hotel. Excellent location"

"Excellent stay at Teleferic. I booked a room with balcony which was very spacious with a separate toilet and living room. Interior is mainly wood which gives it a cozy feel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, with a variety of things including some local cakes and a chef making eggs your way on order."

"This was a great place to stay. If I'm in the area and they have a room, I will stay there again."

"Reception staff were excellent. Managed to make sandwiches when I had to leave really early. Great customer service. "

"The hotel is conveniently located near a cozy square that holds nighttime events and concerts. It’s very close (5- min walk) to the old historic downtown and many great restaurants and shops. It’s very clean, the folks who work there are kind and helpful. Cannot wait to return"

"Very nice stuff, delicious breakfast and great location. "

"Very well located. Good rooms, parking very important for us. All clean."

"High end boutique hotel with wonderful staff."

"Perfect stay! Beautiful room, all the amenities and an amazing restaurant!"

"L hote est facilement joignable nous sommes restés une nuit au lieu de deux initialement prévus et il a accepté de ne compter que une seule. L appartement Casa Cranta luxueux propre avec accessoires dignes des hôtels 5-6 étoiles. Je reviendrai. "

"I love the welcoming and supporting staff and excellent breakfast!"
