  • Summary:

    Welcome to the Southie! This bright and spacious Southside townhome is just minutes from downtown Chattanooga! With four well-appointed bedrooms and three full baths, the home comfortably sleeps 11 guests. Enjoy a movie on the 75-inch Smart TV, explore nearby Oddstory Brewing, or take in city and Lookout Mountain views from the fourth-floor private balcony. With room for families, couples, and friends, a chef's kitchen, and an office workspace, it’s the ideal home base for a Chattanooga getaway!



    The Space:

    Our Favorite Things About The Southie

    Enjoy the perfect Southside location beside Oddstory Brewing, with downtown attractions a short drive away. The fourth-floor balcony offers beautiful views of the city and Lookout Mountain. Inside, high-speed internet and a huge Smart TV make it easy to unwind in the evenings. A drip coffee maker and medium-roast coffee are provided, along with a travel crib in the king bedroom!



    Home Layout

    The first floor has a queen bedroom and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The garage entrance and stacked washer and dryer are also on this level for added convenience.



    On the second floor, the open-concept kitchen and dining area is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and all the essentials for meals at home. The living area has a large sectional and the 75-inch Smart TV.



    The third floor has the primary bedroom with a king bed, a sofa bed, and a large private bathroom. Across the hall is another full bathroom and queen bedroom.



    The fourth floor has a bedroom with a full-size bed and twin trundle, the office area, a selection of family-friendly board games, and the large balcony overlooking Chattanooga.



    Nearby Dining & Attractions

    Oddstory Brewing is right next door, with craft beer, food, and a family-friendly setting. Downtown Chattanooga’s restaurants and attractions are just minutes away!



    Guest Access:

    Guests have private access to the entire townhome and its one-car garage during their stay.



    The Neighborhood:

    This townhome is in Chattanooga’s Southside, beside Oddstory Brewing and a short drive from downtown restaurants and attractions. Enjoy a convenient urban base with city and Lookout Mountain views from the upper balcony.

    We recommend a vehicle to get to and from the home and explore all our city has to offer. Uber and Lyft are also readily available.



    Other Things to Note:

    This is a truly special retreat, and we invite guests to enjoy the home and amenities while treating the property and surrounding grounds with care and respect.



    We strictly DO NOT allow smoking, events, or parties.



    The townhome spans four floors. Guests must be able to use stairs to access the upper levels.



    Complimentary street parking is available, along with a one-car garage at the back of the home.

We were in town for a rehearsal dinner and wedding. The accommodations worked out perfectly for my family. Comfortable and spacious bedrooms and tv room! Kitchen was great space to lay out food and snacks. Brewery next door was convenient. River City even worked with us and the cleaning team onsite to get a thirty minute early checkin even though I did not request it until the last minute. Great stay and fair price.

Vacation stay

Excellent-we loved the rooftop patio at night. The location was great- we were near all the attractions! We have 6 adults and 2 children so it was plenty of room with the four bedrooms! We enjoyed the townhouse!!

Wedding for Son

We had great stay at a wonderful place. So clean with plenty of room. The garage has a narrow door but we were able to get our car in and out carefully. Host was responsive whenever needed.

Great location and plenty of room!

We loved the location. The brewery next door had great food and great beer. We rode our bikes to everywhere in the city. Had dinner at State of Confusion and it was fantastic. Beds were comfortable and the space was great for us all have meals and play games after dinner!

Clean and good versatile seating on the main floor. Nice big pantry in the kitchen, but no bathroom on main floor. Also, thin walls between neighbors and beds were so-so.

Great Stay

We stayed for a couple of days to do a few activities in town to break up a long trip. We loved how clean the townhome was and that so much was provided, toilet paper, soap, cleaning supplies, and already enough clean towels. It was a great experience. We visited Ruby Falls, Did the incline to lookout mountain, but our favorite was just walking and doing things on the riverwalk.

Nice getaway

This place was perfect for a friend/kids getaway! Bedrooms on each floor made bedtimes easier to split the children up. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were a call away!

Nice place, appeares to be recent construction. Close to downtown in an industrial area. Only downside: there are lots of stairs (4 story), and the customers for the brewery next door can take all the street parking. Clean and well stocked for guests.

Excellent!

We were in town for our child's graduation. We wanted a place close to restaurants and the convention center and we needed 4 bedrooms and enough bathrooms. And we needed the space to accommodate a small post graduation gathering. This was perfect for us! Being next to Odd Story Brew Pub was a bonus! We recommend!

Great location

The stay was great. Very well decorated with plenty of room to sleep 5 kids and 4 adults. Kitchen is nice and open and living room had plenty of room to spread out. Lot's of stairs!! 4 floors so not the best for elderly parents or grandparents. Great location next to Oddstory Brewing!

enjoyed the visit.

This property was clean. We enjoyed staying here. Like others have posted, the garage door is small and we were not able to get our Van into the space. There is no toaster in the kitchen. It is next to the brewery which is a nice bonus.
