"What kind of levels/stairs does the house have?"

The home is three stories, you can park less than 6 feet from the front door. The first floor (ground level) includes kitchen, dining room, living room and half bath. Second floor features two bedrooms with full bath in-between, each with king bed. High end Samsung washer/dryer in laundry. The third floor has the spacious master with soaring vaulted ceilings and private balcony, along with en-suite dual-sink master bath and upgraded chrome shower heads.

Stairs are required since the home has 3 stories. Cardio makes us live longer, isn't it simply wonderful :) If you can't do stairs, don't book!

"Is the pool shared?"

Yes. However, it's NOT open to the general public, it's a private pool reserved exclusively for our local, immediate condo residents and our guests only. Think of it like a resort-style pool that may be enjoyed by other local guests.

"Can you hear other people through the walls?"

No. Although this is a townhouse condo (which I know can have a bad rep), the walls are extremely well insulated and we've literally never heard a single thing through the walls. Also, the property next door is currently for sale and completely empty and quiet (although it was quiet long before it was vacant, so very impressed with that insulation!)

“What’s the minimum age requirement for booking?”

Our minimum age required to book is 18 :)

“Do you offer payment plans?”

By default, full payment is required to confirm your reservation. We can’t control payment plans on our end, but in the unlikely event that one is available, you will see the option when booking.

"How many TV's are in the houses?"

There are 3 giant high definition 4K smart TV's (one in the living room, one in the master bedroom, and one in another bedroom) along with lightning fast Wifi throughout each house for on demand entertainment. We have Netflix with over 4,000 movies and TV shows on demand, along with over 100+ premium cable channels on YouTube TV 4K.

"Can you give me a discount?"

I'm happy to offer a 10% discount for weekly stays and 20% discount for monthly stays.

"Do you have reliable Internet & WiFi?"

Yes, we have lightning-fast fiber optic internet and WiFi, in fact, we're known for some of the fastest internet in the U.S., which we're very proud of :)

"What's the monthly rate? Can I lease month to month?"

If there's a full month available with no existing bookings, you're welcome to select the dates and the app will show you the pricing breakdown for your date range. We've had many guests book 30+ nights and we do offer a large 20% discount for monthly bookings. Also, for your safety and convenience, we only book through the app (no traditional leases or "under the table" agreements). If the dates are available, you're welcome to book multiple months and the app will charge you once a month (the same rhythm as a traditional lease).
