Wonderful stay here. The house is older and so some things inside our just slightly dated but everything is in superb working condition! Everything was clean and the beds had memory foam cushions which were delightful. The place is great for those who like to fish as there is a lovely river nearby. Very close to grocery stores and shops but totally away from busy traffic. I would recommend this place to others in the future.

This place is amazing! The setting is so peaceful and beautiful. We really enjoyed sitting by the creek and relaxing. It was a wonderful place to be able to escape the business of life but be within a couple miles of major stores. We loved how close it was to Chatanooga. Would absolutely recommend this place!

We had a great weekend here and wish we could have stayed longer. The property is amazing with a huge flat field, creek, bench. My family and dogs enjoyed running around the field. I did not go with them, but enjoyed watching. I have severe arthritis and 2 knee replacements. There are just a few steps to get into the home. The masterbed is comfortable. While I did not use the master tub, it does look like it would be easy to get in and out of with its half step. Joe responded to our only issue within minutes. He was so friendly and welcoming!

The cottage is absolutely beautiful. Joe was the best ever!! He even called from Florida to check on us! We had an amazing time. Very refreshing, and we highly recommend staying here!!

Staying at this property was very relaxing. The house is comfortable and the back porch was great place to start your day listening to all the birds. If you are looking for a place to get away this is the place to go.

The house was clean and well stocked for cooking anything we needed. The pool table was a big bonus, but the absolute BEST part of this trip was the land and water directly on the property. We enjoyed fires at the fire pit next to the water. The owner checked on us daily (with his cute dog) and brought us fire wood or anything else we needed. We ended up not doing some of the things we had planned on doing in town just to come back to this rental earlier in the day and enjoy the outside space here. I cannot stress enough how beautiful the water and land is.

This place was secluded without being to far from the necessities. The care takers Were quick to respond when we had a question. Loved the nearby creek. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed. And Joe did my friends son a huge favor. Thank you.

The property is beautiful and even though it feel very secluded, you are close to stores and restaurants. One suggestion - provide a "starter" kit of hotel-sized shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. Most cabin rentals provide this so we were unprepared the first night since we did expect this convenience.

We had a really nice stay. House was nice, ac worked great (it was a hot week), my pups loved the big field and we played lots of pool! It's close enough to Chattanooga (do yourself a favor, take the back roads) to go there to enjoy a nice meal. And there are lovely walking trails nearby.

Property owner very responsive; great location in terms of being on a dead end/away from traffic. Porch not screened in. Contacted owner prior to our stay to inquire about WiFi as I would be working during the day, no issue aside from it dropping one of the workdays for the entire day. Brought backup/mobile hotspot to use. We had our dogs; joe friendly/apologized for interrupting. Two occasions I informed him I was in the middle of a meeting, but he continued to inquire about pet fee. I selected the pet stay & confirmed booking through VRBO w selecting pet stay; stay confirmed by separate Evolve company. Joe did take it upon himself to get rid of a yellow jacket nest. We have active dogs that were stung multiple times, as well as my husband. Shouldn’t be an issue outside of Summer season. The yellow jackets moved down to the creek following/beware if traveling w animals. Our pups were stung 3/5 days! Owner resides one driveway up. After telling me it was no big deal, he had Evolve reach out further for additional pet fee. Too many interruptions personally for just trying to enjoy a visit. This location asks you to clean, mop, sweep, and wash/dry towels. In addition to all of that you’d never have known anyone was there for cleaning/pet fee. Took photos of Cheerios left in living room upon arrival… speaking of cleaning.
