Head out and discover many of this area's most popular attractions including the Chatham Lighthouse and the Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge, both within 12 miles. A bit closer to home, walk down to White's Pond and its public swimming area and discover several dining and shopping options as well as coffee shops and bakeries within a mile or two of your door. Baseball fans will love watching the Chatham Anglers knock it out of the park, and downtown Chatham's main street is just a mile away. Head two miles south, and you'll find Chatham Lighthouse, a great place to enjoy a long, romantic afternoon with someone you love.

Inside, discover a main-level great room with a well-equipped, island kitchen with counter seating, a dining table for mealtimes or family game nights, and two separate living areas including one with a smart TV and matching sound bar for streaming your favorite channels. When you're craving a little friendly competition (and a change of scenery) head down to the lower-level game room complete with a full-size pool table as well as an additional TV lounge with an extensive media library and a leather sectional.

Nice little home

Just two of us stayed here so it was way more space than we needed but the location was great. We chose it because it looked updated, sunny and light and it was- the owners have obviously invested in the new space - it was very pretty! It was a great but the upstairs bedrooms need some TLC- mainly just new bedding (it was stained, worn, and had holes). Owners might want to consider new cleaners - lots of areas that need dusting especially the AC units and when looking for a blender we found moldy bread above the fridge. May also want to consider pest control as lots of mosquitos and spiders were indoors. I woke up each morning with new bites.

Great Cottage Horrible Rental Company

Nice little cottage fairly close to the shopping and Resturant main street. Comfortable beds. Kitchen and living areas have been updated. It took us 10-20 tries to enter the access code to the unit each and every time. Customer Service didn’t seem to care and said to keep trying until it worked. We own vacation rentals and our rental company would have sent someone out immediately with a replacement. Pink mold in both showers and dirty moldy silverware in the dishwasher. If it wasn’t for the poor customer service I would have given this property a 5 even with the cleanliness issues.

Nice house but needs improvements

House was nice and mostly as described. The location was very good, a 5 min drive to the beach, downtown Chatham, and activities. Living room and bedrooms were comfortable and clean. House has no central AC, only window units which were located in the bedroom closets when we arrived so we had to install them ourselves. Once AC units were installed the temperature was much more comfortable (we stayed here in July). Downstairs basement level where 3 of the beds were was dirty and no AC. Window sills had not been cleaned in 10 years. VCR/DVD player had to cable to plug into the TV so you couldn’t watch any of the movies they provided. Also the internet was down for over a week at the house. We called the property manager daily but issue was never resolved. My husband had to go elsewhere to work on his laptop during the day and the TV/Netflix didn’t work due to no internet. I’m still waiting for a call from property manager as was promised to me several times for a refund due to the internet outage. Still waiting to talk to someone.

Spotless adorable home

If you are looking for a rental that has plenty of space for the entire family, check this house out. The house was spotless, well stocked with top notch appliances making it easy to cook at home if you wanted to. Lovely back yard and deck. Tastefully decorated. Close to town and bike trail. We enjoyed our stay.
