"Los empleados del hotel todos muy amables y muy serviciales excepto el dueño que además de prepotente tiene malas palabras y actos con los clientes y poca mano izquierda, si fuese por él no volvería alli,pero los empleados son magníficos."

"Tom, Rhianna, well the entire staff made me feel like I was a part of the family. The room was extremely comfortable, the food was great(definitely some of the best food I’ve had whilst in England) and never took long. If I could pack up the entire hotel and staff and take it wherever I travel I would. That’s how good my stay was. If I’m ever in that area of England I will be staying there! "

"Helpful staff and nice pub with decent food. Exterior room not anticipated - at back of car park and noisy with arrivals/deliveries etc. from 5am so sleep impossible. Room itself ok, basic but clean, but tiny shower room needed some tlc. Airport taxi from Gatwick a rip-off at £27: local one back £17! "
"Our stay at the Mount Edgcumbe was genuinely exceptional. My wife wasn’t feeling well during our visit, and the manager and staff showed such warmth and care — nothing was ever too much trouble. Their kindness and attentiveness really stood out and made us feel completely looked after.
The room was beautifully appointed, with everything we could need, and the bed was especially comfortable. We also appreciated how easy it was to come and go thanks to the private entrance — such a thoughtful...
"la única pega es que el suelo es moqueta (como en todo el RU) y esta super sucia, como es moqueta gris muy clara tiene unos manchones increibles y hace un aspecto un poco asquerosos y es una pena porque todo lo demás esta bastante bien , la habitación muy amplia la cama también y muy limpia y acogedora la habitación , pera la moqueta fatal!!....deberían de quitarla o limpiarla o poner una negra y asi no se verían los manchurrones ...jajajaj"
"after my visit at your place I went to another hotel near Battersea Park. The Easy Hotel was outstanding in everyway: service, people, location. The rooms are quite small, specially if you have any phisical condition or if are in Wheelchair. (Which I am not) but the spaces bewteen bed and wall are not enough. The best thing are the USB charger in the wall, for those who only have one adapter like me, and morte artefacts to be charged. Hope to visit you again in the future"
