This hotel is fine for what it is. Good location. Be aware that they only clean the rooms every 3 days of your stay. I wasn't aware of this when I booked and when I asked for a light room cleaning (just to pick up old towels, etc) they said they would send someone, but didn't. When we checked in, ...

The breakfast bar was not satisfactory we order breakfast sandwich and they were cold and couldn’t eat them.

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Charlottesville
I requested to have by reservation be changed to one night ahead of the original date. To have done so my $130 a night room wash going to be penalized with $130 charge. I was not going to pay double for the room; therefore it set empty costing me $130. No I am not happy!
