Sonesta Charlotte Lower South End
"The Sontesa Hotel is an excellent place to stay clean bathrooms, front desk staff was wonderful and friendly had a little problem with my toilet and the staff took care of it fast and efficiently the hostess for breakfast was a wonderful lady everyone was courteous and friendly staff it was my pleasure ..."

Sheraton Charlotte Hotel
"Our first impression is are you Sheraton or Le Meridien? I got emails from both. Where is the front door when you are arriving. So we parked and walked a very poorly signed trek all over the property to get to the front desk. You are Big but you are not pretty and you need a lot of design and repairs ..."
