Waterfront home with stunning Lake Norman views! Kitchen, LR and two bedrooms enjoy lake views and walk out to large upper deck. Updated modern home. Fenced yard with gas grill, fire pit, dock and boat slip. Kayaks, smart TV, internet provided. Quiet family-oriented cove. No pets. No smoking inside or out. So cozy!! Lots of windows in the kitchen / great room, beautiful floors and tub in master. Quiet cove is perfect if you'd like to do a little fishing. The home features a private, fenced in back yard with a covered bottom deck that is perfect for watching football games and playing cornhole.

The house was great and the upper deck and lower outdoor level was very relaxing. We enjoyed the dock area and quiet cove but loved that the house had quick access to the main lake. The host was very nice and excellent with communication.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our time at the lake. The house was nicely decorated and in a good location in a quiet cove. The beds were very comfortable and our host was very receptive and accommodating.

The house was just as described in the listing and Kami was easy to communicate with. Plenty of space and great location for quick access to stores and restaurants in town.

Perfect location on Lake Norman

Stayed in Kami’s house for 2 weeks with my family. It was the perfect location, and home for us. We were close to Hope park, and several grocery stores, as well as activities for kids. Kami was great at answering any questions I had during my stay. We would 100% stay here again.

Wonderful lake house on Lake Norman!

We had a fabulous time in this lake house!! The home is well maintained and spotless. My kids loved the kayaks and the tree swing. It’s a short drive to any stores or shops you might need but it’s peaceful and relaxing on the lake. We will definitely come back again!

Beautiful home! Quiet area!

Our family had an amazing stay at this property. Kami was an excellent host, very responsive and friendly! Our kids and family had a great time fishing from the dock, kayaking, and using the rope swing to jump into the lake and swim. Would definitely recommend!!

Awesome vacation home

Had a wonderful time at the lake house. House was spacious, comfortable and extremely convenient to local shops. The were lots of amenities to include kayaks for lake use, large lower deck with tv for relaxing, great landscaping with a two tiered yard that included a fire pit and a lounge swing that gave great views of the lake. Check in / check out was easy and seamless. Highly recommend, family had a great time and would definitely stay there again !!

Perfect home

It was absolutely a perfect stay in a wonderful house. The view was gorgeous. It was right in front of the lake. The house was very clean when we came in and everything what we needed was there. Excellent Home Away from Home!

We were looking for a family sized place to stay In Mooresville over Thanksgiving weekend and were lucky to find this lovely home available during the holiday. The owner sent us info with details for our arrival and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was waiting for us when we checked in. The deck, backyard and dock is top notch with quite a beautiful view of the lake. My son-in-law caught a good sized bass off the dock within minutes of his first cast.

It was a great time

Our two couples had a great time at the lake. This house was perfect for the four of us. The house had the just enough kitchenware that we needed to be able to prepare meals every night. The grill was of ample size and being connected straight to gas took the worries of running out of LP away. The AC worked well and the quiet cove was super relaxing. We loved the rope swing out over the water and were surprised it wasn’t advertised anywhere. The cove was deep enough for our 26 foot boat and we had plenty of room to dock and turn it around. The fire pit was perfect for us to sit at every night in the extra camp chairs we brought. We didn’t use the under deck bar area but loved the decor of that space. I would recommend this place to anyone not looking for all the frills and needing a nice place to get away. Thanks for everything.
