Our approved third party partner, Charge Automation, will verify your ID and collect your details to authorize the credit card hold for the security deposit. The security deposit is an authorization hold, not a charge. It's a temporary hold placed on your credit card the day before arrival; reserved to cover damages to the property. For the security and safety of all our guests, this property has a Ring doorbell camera that monitors the front of the property. An additional exterior Ring camera monitors the backyard/driveway. All cameras record video and will be ON during every reservation.
