The Neighborhood:

Sharon house is located in a quiet and residential neighbourhood. All main attractions are mostly within a convenient 20-minute drive.



Other Things to Note:

- Check-in as of 4pm, check-out at 11am. Contact us for early check-in and/or late check-out possibilities (subject to availability)

- No pets, smoking or parties allowed.

- The garden is not fenced and the lawn is mowed weekly, usually on Tuesdays or Wednesdays – if you are staying during that day of the week, please be aware that the gardener may stop by during your stay. Depending on the season, weather, and timing of your stay, the grass may be longer or shorter.

- Sharon House is set well back from the road, and the interior is peaceful and quiet. You may, however, notice some light background traffic noise when enjoying the outdoors, as the nearby road can be busier at certain times of the day.

- Every booking will require ID verification through an encrypted platform called Safeguest while accepting our Terms & Conditions

- A complimentary starter supply of essential household, cleaning, kitchen, and bathroom items is provided in reasonable quantities to begin your stay. These are generally sufficient for short stays; however, guests are responsible for replenishing any items as needed. No refills or restocking will be provided.
