The home has three stories with private backyard. Let's go through them in detail!

FIRST LEVEL
Make a grand entrance through the custom front door and find yourself looking into a bright, white, modern, and fully decked out Miami-style interior. The crystal chandelier floats down through the center of the dramatic black, white, and natural oak staircase and invites your eyes upwards. Towards the right is the first floor living room (there's another downstairs), which flows into the dining area and the backyard.

MAIN LIVING ROOM
The first floor living room sits around a large screen smart TV and gas fire place and is easily accessible from the kitchen. The white leather-style couch seats 4-6 with a smaller couch nearby to add another 2-3 people.

DINING ROOM
The glass dining room table seats 6. With the nearby kitchen island seating, you can enjoy meals for larger groups (up to 10 maximum, per house rules).

KITCHEN
With marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range, this is the perfect entertainer's kitchen. Fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, dishes, sharp knives, kitchen shears, and important extras like toaster, blender, and even food processor. You’ll also find both a Keurig coffee machine (with K-cups) and a French press — coffee is provided! Also find pool and hot tub friendly acrylic glasses for safe and lively outdoor fun. Ice maker on fridge. The 13 foot island also has its own TV.

TWIN BUNK ROOM
The main floor has a bunk room with two twin beds. Perfect for naps, the kids, or your single friends.

OUTSIDE
Outside you'll find the back patio, outdoor kitchen, pool, and hot tub. The patio is adorned with a large outdoor couch and propane fire pit. Patio lights shine overhead. Built in gas grill surrounded by chaise loungers. Set the hot tub to a temp of your choice - and swim in the lovely pool. (Can be heated upon request.)

GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor is a game room! You'll also find a second living room here - a perfect place to send the kids, your husbands, or yourself for a late night treat or mid-day getaway.

BILLIARDS LOUNGE
Enjoy a game of billiards! Turn off the overhead lights and turn on the blacklight starry night lights instead, and relish that you are indeed living a dream. While you're waiting for your turn, practice your golf puts on the green.

BAR
Full size fridge and refrigerator for your convenience. Cocktail making set and glasses for your convenience. Ice maker!

LARGE COUCH
Stretch out on the massive 12 foot couch for movie night! The wall of blackout curtains brings in a movie theatre feel and a flair of drama.

FULL BATHROOM
The downstairs bathroom is ALL BLACK. Rainfall style shower head and tiger decor make this next level.

QUEEN SIZE BEDROOM
One of the five bedrooms is downstairs with the bathroom adjacent. Queen size bed, soft linens, USB charging on the bedside lamps. Oh, and a TV. Watch TV from bed. Knock yourself out.

UPSTAIRS - 3RD FLOOR
Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as on-site washer and dryer. We invite you to do laundry during your stay.

PRIMARY SUITE
The spacious primary suite overlooks the backyard complete with pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and patio. You can also catch a view of uptown Charlotte! King bed with dramatic bed frame stretches across the back wall. Wood floors and plush rug for the comfort of your feet. Bedside lamps and built in lighting on your bedframe, too. Pull the blackout shade for shut eye. Overhead fan for air movement. Giant smart TV for watching your favorite shows in bed, mounted high on the wall so that you don't get a crick in your neck. It's perfect.

ENSUITE SPA
The ensuite spa is bigger than some bedrooms. Not joking. Walk-in shower with overhead rainfall shower head with LED lights that turn red with the hot water and blue with cool. (Cool.) There is also a large soaking tub that sits under the bathroom window along with his and her sinks and large mirror with lighting. And bring all your outfits, because the walk in closet has a drawer just for your watches.

SECOND KING BEDROOM
There is a second king bedroom at the end of the hall, sitting at the front of the house and along a quiet residential street. Blinds on windows. Overhead fan. Dresser. TV in room. A dramatic art deco print on the wall is accentuated by Edison bulb lighting.

BUNK ROOM
Upstairs there is another bunk room. Two twin beds. TV. Blinds. Closet for clothing storage.

The entire house is yours and yours alone. We have curated all of the amenities we know we personally enjoy when traveling - or living - and are excited to share them with you. With this said, the outdoor space needs to be used responsibly. Our home is in a residential neighborhood, and absolutely ZERO community disturbances will be tolerated. Keep reading to ensure you understand our house rules, including limits on number of cars, guests, and quiet hours.

This Dilworth / South End neighborhood is centrally located to Uptown Charlotte and in walking distance of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and all the places you want to be. Light Rail also a short walk.

NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS
We have a strict no parties policy. We have a 10 guest limit. No unauthorized guests beyond those indicated in your reservation. No events of any kind.

BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR
It is very important to us to be good neighbors. Hence, NO PARTIES, NO UNAUTHORIZED GATHERINGS, and NO EVENTS. All guests must be registered and the home has a 13 person maximum. If we find that you've had an unauthorized gathering, we will charge you $500 and your reservation will be cancelled immediately, with no refund.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours after 10pm and before 8am. This is a strict rule. We have installed noise monitoring equipment that will send both you and us an alert when you're being too loud (over 80 decibels). Please take care to be considerate neighbors!

PARKING
We have room in the driveway for up to 4 cars, depending on how you park. There is very limited street parking. Reach out if you have more than 4 cars to park. Too many cars will be a disturbance to the neighborhood. Disturbing our neighbors is strictly prohibited.

KIDDOS
This home is not super kid friendly for kids aged 1-4. It has a lot of hard surfaces, stairs, and hard objects like billiards balls that could damage to young ones and/or the home.

BACKYARD CAMERA & NOISE MONITORING
Due to our strict NO PARTIES policy, and for liability and insurance purposes, we have installed a motion-activated camera in the backyard. We do not actively monitor this camera. It is there for liability purposes only. If there is a community disturbance report during your stay, we will review the footage. If we found you violated any of our house rules, you will be charged $500 and reported to Airbnb for community violations.

POOL & HOT TUB
The heated pool and hot tub are available for your use. The heat can be run to one system or another (i.e., if you are using the hot tub, the pool cannot be heated) since this is an in-ground combination pool & spa. Please also note that in extreme cold temperatures (i.e., freezing), the pool equipment will put itself into freeze protection mode and the pool & spa heater will not work.

CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation policy applies to all bookings. An additional $150 cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card processing and admin fees on all cancellations.

RENTER'S AGREEMENT
A signed renter's agreement is required for all reservations, as well as a picture of a government-issued photo ID and a picture of your credit card used to book showing only the last 4 digits and your name. This is to prevent credit card fraud and is meant to protect you as the renter and us as hosts.

DEPOSIT
We require a $500 deposit for each reservation, which will be processed 3 days before your arrival. As long as there is no unexpected damage to the home, deposits are automatically refunded in full in 7 days.

PETS
Pets are welcome with pet fee ($150 per pet), pre-approval, and pet policy agreement. NO UNAUTHORIZED PETS. A $250 charge will apply if you have not registered your pet(s) for your stay.
