We were in town for Presidents Cup …house was close to the course, restaurants and bars. Very clean… would definitely stay here again

My stay was fairly comfortable the master bedroom bed was kinda on the small side for 2 people but other than that comfortable, decent area quiet, access to the yard but all and all I would recommend it and I would stay again sometime in the near future if available.

Love the location. It was quiet and very clean. It was nice to sit out back and enjoy the great weather. Will definitely try to return!

Me and my family loved the house very quiet neighborhood. Host had great communication and made things easily accessible. This is the spot every time we come to charlotte!

Magnificent place

The location of the place is fantastic! It is easy to navigate to and from the city. It is close to restaurants and malls. We loved how quiet and cozy the house was. We like the fact that the place offers so many extras: towels, linens, cleaning utensils, kitchenware, etc. Each room has a TV set and the shower is divine. Great place and we plan to rent it again.

Gets the job done!

This rental is no frills, but definitely gets the job done. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with cooking supplies, and the blankets and towels were sufficient for our stay. There was a dog at the next door house (no fault of the rental owner) that liked to bark quite a bit, so using the backyard would not have been enjoyable. The location was close to everything, and we could be anywhere we wanted to be within about a 15 minute drive. I would stay here again.

Big concert weekend!

Girls trip to attend concerts in Charlotte, NC. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for a restful night after rocking it out with Garth Brooks and the Chicks! Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, central air and Reginald even had extra ice made for our tailgate coolers! Cute little neighborhood, on a quiet street - beats staying in a hotel any day!! Thanks Reginald- when we return to Charlotte, we are looking you up :)

Game Day Bungalow

It was a great property, close to the stadium. It was clean and well-stocked. It was plenty of room, but one bedroom was locked. I thought it was a 3 bedroom property, but without the bedroom was locked and my mom and daughter had to sleep in the same room. We had to make do. We still had a wonderful time and experience. If we are in the area I would love to stay again. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Lovely back yard. Plenty of amenities

Charlotte Hide-away

This was a great little hidden property. The owner was inside the property to greet us. This was a little uncomfortable but a hospitable gesture. He gave us a quick tour before leaving. He lives next door and was only a phone call away. The property has been nicely renovated and the photos are accurate. The only downside is there is only one television so my boys were not too happy about sharing. The location is very convenient to restaurants and shopping. It is truly a great little hide-away.

Had an unexpected visitor

The house itself was great but we found a brown recluse spider and it was alive. We contacted management and all they said was, “We’re sorry and we will spray for them”. They live right next door so hopefully they did spray but we ended up cutting our vacation short worrying that there might be more spiders. If it hadn’t been a brown recluse we wouldn’t have cared but that is an extremely dangerous spider.

The host and his brother couldn’t have been more gracious. Friendly responsive, welcoming and about 20 other positive adjectives. Another cool thing the brother has family in Cleveland!!

I can sum it up with just one word, WONDERFUL!

The property was very accommodating, the area was in a prime location, close to everything, & yet still out of the way of all that city combustion. The house was beautiful, unbelievable space, felt as if I was at home away from home. Me & my family loved it! I recommend totally!
