The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and dining, from cookware and utensils to plates, glasses, and a full dining table that seats 8.

Primary Bedroom – King bed with balcony access and ensuite bathroom.
Second Bedroom – Queen bed.
Third Bedroom – Queen over King Bunk.
Living Room – Full-size sleeper sofa.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.

🛁 Bathrooms & Essentials
Two full bathrooms plus a half bath, with fresh towels and a starter set of toiletries including toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, and shampoo/conditioner. Guests may need to restock for longer stays.

Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Guests have private access to the entire condo, balcony, and shared pool. One ADA-compliant elevator serves all floors. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles, with easy access to the building.

✧ Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

✧ You acknowledge that you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
✧ You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the rental agreement and provided a copy of valid ID.
✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold in the amount of $500.00 will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.

We are happy to host you for your stay with us! Please keep the following rules in mind during your stay:
1) Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking.
2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

Exactly as advertised. I totally enjoyed the location for my extended summer stay. Made lots of friends in the neighborhood restaurants and bars. I'm already making arrangements/plans for my return visit(s).

The condo was terrific! Great location on IOP - walkable to restaurants and shop, and the grocery store is less than a mile away. The amenities were great as well. We rented bikes and rode every morning. It’s an easy drive into Charleston, for other dining options. It was so fun being able to take our pup to see the ocean! Already planning our next visit!

Came with our son his two friends and our old chocolate lab for spring break. Room sizes and placement are perfect and private. We didn’t hear a peep out of 3 grown boys. It was clean, but the floors need a really good deep clean since our feet were black from walking barefoot. Nice large balcony with 2nd floor view was phenomenal. Overall excellent stay!

Family vacation

This was our 3rd stay at IOP Escapes and it was perfect. The condo was clean and spacious to accommodate all of us which includes my mother who is in a wheelchair, my nephew who has CP, and our 2 small dogs. The ocean view is spectacular and my mom can see it from the deck without leaving the condo. We love it here and keep extending our vacation days spent here each year. The staff is very friendly and helpful and Sean even offered to help load my mom as we were leaving today. I can’t recommend this property and staff enough and we always consider it a perfect vacation when we stay there. We will booking again next year for the 4th year in a row. 😊

Beautiful condo in perfect location

The condo was very clean, larger than expected, and well equipped. The patio with view of the ocean was the perfect place to sit with coffee in the morning. Beach access was easy, communication was great. We would definitely stay again.

Great location in IOP. Pet friendly unit and dogs are allowed on the beach. Management was very responsive. Google initially took us to 202 Ocean Ave because the email confirmation had the unit # listed before the address. Quick response from management team to get us to the right place!

Superb location , great space

Myself, parents ,son, and sister all stayed here for a long weekend and were very pleased with the condo. Perfect location, access to shops, a few steps from the beach, and incredible view from the patio. The condo was very modern, spacious, and great for our family gathering. Will definitely plan a stay again next year !
