With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Spacious Retreat

We had the most incredible stay at this Charleston gem! Traveling with a large family can be tricky, but this rental exceeded all expectations. The space was generous enough for everyone to spread out and relax without ever feeling crowded. Every room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked—every gadget, pan, and utensil we needed was right there. Just a short walk to King Street’s shops, restaurants, and historic charm—no need to worry about parking or driving.This place is a rare find in Charleston. Clean, stylish, comfortable, and so thoughtfully set up for families or groups. We can’t wait to come back!

The Perfect Getaway

We had an amazing time at this house! It’s absolutely beautiful inside and out. This was our first time visiting and the owners of the house were super communicative and helpful with finding stuff to do and providing recommendations! The house was absolutely perfect, within walking distance of the Main Street with plenty of options for shopping and food. Checking in and checking out was super easy too! I highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay in Charleston!!

Fun in a Hurricane

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and were able to fit everyone comfortably. Although there are some needed maintenance updates, the house has a lot of charm and the management team were always quick to respond. Good coffee, bagels and King Street close by.

Fabulous time!

We stayed at David and Summers house for a long weekend with 14 girls. The house was very accommodating and spacious for all of us for a comfortable stay. It was in a great location, walking distance to King street bars and restaurants. David was very responsive and even let us check in early since our flight was early. Highly recommend!

Fit all of our needs and then some!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location in Charleston. It was an easy walk to King Street but off the path away from the noise. We rented both levels of this apartment and appreciated all the space. Some aspects of the house are a bit older than others and the windows don't open, but over all we really enjoyed the house. If you're renting this house with cooking in mind, I'd re-think that. We tried to make a big breakfast and had a hard time finding the supplies, such as mixing bowls. Over all, I'd recommend this place and would stay again!

perfect for large groups!

we had an amazing experience staying at this house. we rented both levels and had plenty of room for 13 girls. the layout was perfect and we loved having access to both floors from the inside of the house. the beds were all super comfortable. didn’t have a single complaint all weekend :)

Perfect Charleston stay

David was so awesome to work with.... we came in from out of town and our flights were before check-in and after check-out so he worked with us to help us not be stuck walking around town with our luggage! The home was beautiful and perfect for you to get the best Charleston experience! The location was perfect for walking through town and down King St! Would highly recommend this home for your next stay in Charleston!
