  • East 42 - B is a spacious three bedroom, three bathroom home located just one block to King Street. Upon entering the home you are welcomed into an open living, dining, and kitchen area. The main living area is great for relaxing after a day exploring all that Charleston has to offer. The primary bedroom boast a king bed, custom millwork, and private ensuite. The second bedroom is just off the living area complete with a queen bed, custom millwork, and private ensuite. The third bedroom boast a king bed and custom millwork just across from the bedroom is the third bathroom complete with a custom tile shower.

    Just outside the home there is a lovely courtyard perfect for morning coffee. East 42 - B is delightful and full of natural light, this home is perfectly located in the charming neighborhood of Cannonbourough/Elliotbourough where you will find local coffee shops, eateries, and boutiques.

    This home can be combined with 42 - A to make a five bedroom, five bathroom home.

The unit was perfect for a group of women for the weekend. Amazing access to king street and the ability to walk everywhere was amazing. Unfortunately we were only able to all shower in the master shower due to absolutely now pressure in the other showers

It was very clean and easy to get to shops and restaurants. Unfortunately the people above us were very loud and screaming all hours of the night. As stated in our check in information quiet hours were between 9:00 pm to 9:00 am. But other than that we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Comfortable and handy for walking. One block to King Street. Easy access to freeway.Parking area is very tight. A club cab, extended bed pickup would not fit.Host was responsive.

The host answered any questions we had promptly. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and to the City Market. It’s a convenient place to stay. The house was beautiful and very clean.

All good except being on the lower level was very loud. The top tenet was up each morning at 5am and woke us up and a lot of construction. Don’t plan on sleeping ever!

Our stay at this property was exceptional. The house is exactly as pictured and the host is very responsive when reaching out. The home is clean and the beds/furniture is very comfortable.The only issue we had was parking; there is only one parking spot for the unit and if the lot is full, it takes a lot of maneuvering to exit. The water pressure is somewhat low in all restrooms.

Family visit

This house was perfect for our group. Great location(we walked to dinner). Off street parking was so nice to have. The house was clean, beds were comfy. I would definitely stay here again.
