Summary:
This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom second-floor apartment is a modern and impeccably clean retreat, ideally situated just steps from the vibrant dining, nightlife, and shopping on King Street. Explore all that historic downtown Charleston has to offer, including museums, historic landmarks, and much more!

The Space:
Spacious living and kitchen area with seating for 8. **Amazing house for a group of friends or a bachelorette weekend. Or a family wanting to spread out a bit.** Sleeps 8 as follows:

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed, attached bathroom
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed
Hallway bathroom
Sofabed: Queen

Maximum 6 adults. (Will allow additional 2 children).

Parking: This unit offers ONE off-street parking spot. Additional parking is located a block away in the City of Charleston parking garage at a charge of $18 per day.

This is unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2024-05745 and Business License BL024674.

Guest Access:
Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be provided the day prior to your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.

INCLUDED WITH EACH STAY:

Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels)
Shampoo/conditioner/soap

After these initial supplies run out, we do not offer additional supplies. There are several convenience stores and grocery stores in the area for your convenience.

Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost. Day Passes are available with required pre-registration via a link that will be shared with you upon booking.

Day pass reservations at The Wonderer for guests of this property are completely free of charge. The Wonderer’s on-site parking lot is a paid lot, however there is free on-street parking in the area subject to availability.

Please note: availability at The Wonderer is not guaranteed without a confirmed reservation. The number of available day passes remains strictly first-come, first-serve. If you plan to enjoy The Wonderer anytime between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly suggest booking in advance to guarantee access.

The Wonderer has a minimum age requirement of 25 years old (unless you're a member, a guest of a member, or receive a special exception from club management).

The house is located in the heart of the charming and trendy Cannonborough-Elliotborough district of Downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston's classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun and or relaxing vacation. The culinary scene for which Charleston has become so famous is just steps away. The fantastic restaurants, shopping, and nightlife of Upper King Street are close enough to walk, but far enough to not keep you up all night.

Getting Around:
You can walk anywhere and everywhere in Charleston, but just in case, here is a list of the top transportation services:

The DASH trolley is free in Charleston. There are 3 routes, and two of the routes have stops just blocks from this property. More information can be found with the route map on the DASH website.

Other Things to Note:
PETS - As much as we love the four-legged members of your family, we do not allow pets at this property.

SMOKING - No smoking is allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property at least 10 feet away please.

LUGGAGE DROP-OFF - For guests with early arrival or late departure flights, luggage dropoff is allowed upon request for free.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON POTENTIAL FOR NOISE: Please note that there is a noise ordinance in this neighborhood from 10pm to 8am daily, so if you are enjoying yourself please stay inside and be considerate of the neighbors. Our location offers the vibrant energy of a lively urban setting, with fantastic dining, entertainment, and music venues nearby, including those on King Street, just a block away. While we comply with the city's noise ordinance and cannot control external noise, we advise guests that street noises and typical urban sounds are to be expected. We do not provide discounts or refunds for noise-related complaints. By renting this unit, you acknowledge and accept the potential for noise as described.

EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES HURRICANE POLICY: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.

Everything was convenient and close! Just as advertisedThe noise level from Provisions, directly in back of the home where two of the bedrooms are, is excessive on the weekend-The noise machines did not lower that, but we had a good time overall for sure!

Perfect Spot!!

This place was amazing! Perfect amount of room for a group of friends on spring break! We were in walking distance to so many great places downtown. Communication with host was so easy and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo close to King

This property is great place to stay. Within blocks of restaurants and bars. Only one parking space but a public lot next to property to pay and park. Construction work and the bar right behind will cause noise early morning and late at night but that’s to be expected. Beds were comfy.

The property itself was nice, convenient, and very clean accommodations. However, the noise level past 2:00am from the restaurant/bar, Prohibition, which two bedrooms backed up to left us all very sleep deprived the while vacation.

After check-in issue was resolved everything was very good.

Property is very nice. Since it is very close to King street there is some noise at night. We had a door lock code problem when checking in and it took almost two hours to get access, most of that time was trying to get a response from the property management. If you follow the phone prompts you must wait for them to contact you. My wife decided to select the phone prompt for making a new reservation and it was answered immediately. Once we got ahold of an actual person they were very helpful.

Nice apartment close to King st

We stayed here for 3 nights. Spacious and clean apartment as advertised online. Very conveniently located one and a half block from King St. Parking is convenient as well right underneath the apartment.
