  • Summary:
    Come stay at our newest addition, and enjoy the serenity that our beautiful property has to offer.

    The Space:
    This cute 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home is great for family vacations, guys' golf trips, or even girls' weekend getaways. Sit and enjoy a nice refreshing beverage on the balcony, which overlooks the property and the pool. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. Included is a fully equipped kitchen with range, full-sized refrigerator, and dishwasher and coffee makers as well as a full laundry facility. The heated saltwater pool is SHARED among all guests of the property and is open year round.

    If you are viewing this listing on a site other than our own, you are on a re-seller site, not our website. We list openings not already booked on our site here and on other booking portals that re-sell available nights at a higher rate to cover surcharges & booking fees.

    This rental has self check in, and instructions will be provided prior to your arrival date.

    The Inn at 257 Rutledge is located in the beautiful Elliotborough neighborhood. You will be FOUR short blocks from King Street.

    Getting Around:
    Guests will have access to one free off street parking space during the stay. However, we recommend you leave your car parked in our lot and enjoy the city on foot, bicycle, or the ever convenient Uber and Lyft.

    Other Things to Note:
    This is a legal short term rental licensed by the City of Charleston #OP2024-04988. Stay with peace of mind.

    Interaction with Guests:
    The owner lives in the front house on the property and will be onsite to answer any questions that guests may have during their stay.

Such an amazing property. The house is in a great location is super clean and provides everything you could need for your stay. The hosts were fabulous and so communicative. We will be staying here again!!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was extremely clean, cozy, and quiet — the perfect place to relax. It was very well stocked with everything we needed, and we loved having coffee available. The host was incredibly thoughtful and even left us a bottle of wine, which was such a lovely surprise. The heated pool was definitely a highlight — we enjoyed it so much! We would absolutely love to stay here again.

Perfect place to stay for our sons wedding.

The house was clean, well stocked and great for our family’s stay. The host was on site next door. The plunge pool is a nice amenity. The location is walkable to coffee shop & wine shop and restaurants.

Perfection!

This is probably one of my FAVORITE stays ever in a VRBO. Our hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating and the location was in the center of it all. The home is well equipped... everything was considered when this home was put together. THANK YOU for a wonderful weekend... loads of good times and memories- Courtney Mills
