"Upon our arrival and entering our room. Whomever was in charge of housekeeping left a used wash cloth hanging over the shower. The sheets scared me a little, they were not Clorox white, kind of a dirty white. Amenities were a zero. No hangers in room. No drawers to place your belongings, No room decor, no information booklets, no tv guide, no pamphlets of any kind. Dinning area is horrible. No impressed by far, but it served the purpose. I’m sorry to say that we will never stay at this hotel...

"The hotel was great starting with the staff being accommodating and having a good attitude. The breakfast was good, just needed more fruit and possibly a salad option for those who do not eat meat. Lastly, the room was great! The bath tub needed the no slip markers to prevent accidents. Thank you for a great stay! Dr. Anderson"

"We had a great stay here! We utilized the pool. It was an indoor pool but it is NOT heated! The kids didn’t mind but the adults did!!!! Not quite ice bath cold but close. I would have to say that was the only ding I would give the hotel. The area was well lit and clean. The room was clean, the carpet was a bit old. "The room was clean however the elevator was out of order and they put on the third floor. My husband asked for a different room on a lower floor as I have mobility issues. The woman gave a room right next to the stairs. All night long all we hears was the squeaky door to the stairs opening and then slamming shut. I barely got any sleep due to the noise. Why put someone right next the stairs when the elevators are out and that area will be heavy traffic!"
