Rumpis traditional stone house

At Kampani, a wonderful, picturesque, silent little village of Akrotiri Chania, you will find the traditional stone-house “Roumpis” which was built at 1920 and rebuilt recently, provides the comfort and relax of a modern house, where 6 persons can be hosted. This house is located in 2500 m² yard surrounded full of plants and flowers.
Akrotiri area is surrounded by crystal clear water beaches with umbrellas and sunbeds. Kalathas beach is only 2 km from Rumpis’ house, you can also go on foot. In the house there are two bedrooms, one of them have a double-size bed and a single bed, and the other one two single beds. Both of them have wardrobe. Also have a WC with a shower and a bathroom with bathtub. Also you can find a washing-machine. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with a sofa-bed.There is a comfort living room, with a dining table for 6-8 people.
The distance from Chania-center is only 9 km . The little town of Kounoupidiana is located 2 km away, where you can find doctors, pharmacies, super markets, shops, caffeterias, traditional restaurants and fast-foods. At 100 m from the house there is a mini-market and a park with a children's playground. The bus stop from Kampani to Chania is near by and it is lokated only 100 m away from the house.

Kalathas beach is only 2 km from Rumpis’ house and if you are an outdoor type who enjoys hiking, you can also go on foot. Little further there are Loutraki, Marathi, Agios Onoufrios, Stavros, Tersanas and Seitan Limania, beaches. At Akrotiri peninsula you can also enjoy the beautiful Cretan nature,by hiking the area arround. Also you can visit the historical Venetian-orthodox monasteries of Agia Triada of Tzagarolon and Gouverneto, which, there are only a few minutes by car and an important destination, for those who are intrested in local historical places, local architecture and woderful Byzantine Iconing.
