  • Built in a superb location total area 850 m2, surrounded by palm trees, climbing plants and colorful flowers, making the complex an ideal holiday proposal for those who prefer comfortable – quiet and private moments of rest and relaxation.
    The villa consists of 4 separate apartments (2 X 2bedroom maisonettes and 2 X 1 bedroom apartments) accommodating with comfort a total of 16 guests.
    Each apartment has a separate entrance and is designed to secure the privacy of those who want it but at the same time can have fun and enjoy the sun and the pool with their friends or family.

    Maisonette’s Layout

    Each maisonette of the complex can accommodate up to 6 people in an area of 90 m2 which consists of 2 levels.

    – Fully equipped kitchen
    – Dining room/ living room (the sofa transforms to a comfortable bed able to accommodate 2 guests)
    – WC (with shower)
    – 2 large terraces that look to the open horizon and beautiful groves with adjoining.

    First floor
    – 2 bedrooms with double bed.
    – Balcony with views
    – Bathroom with laundry.

    Apartment’s Layout

    Each Apartment of the complex can accommodate up to 4 people in an area of 60 m2 which consists of 1 levels.

    – Fully equipped kitchen
    – Dining room/ living room (the sofa transforms to a comfortable bed able to accommodate 2 guests)
    – WC (with shower)
    – 1 bedrooms with double bed.
    -a private courtyard 30sq.m overlooking the beautiful olive groves.

    Notes

    - The rates below are indicated for 8 guests, each extra guest is charged 45 euros/person/night.
    - Heating of the pool upon request for an additional charge of 60 euros/day and minimum order 4 days.

Our stay in Kalathas

The owner, Babis, made this a great experience for our group of six couples. He checked in every morning and made sure everything was going smoothly for us and also made suggestions for us for places to see and avoid. He help with some dinner reservations that couldn’t have been better. I would recommend this place for a large family or friends to enjoy the area.

Fantastic!!

We hired the whole property (all 4 apartments) as there were 4 families, everything we needed even down to a baby gate! Great location, we hired cars to get about as it would be a good 15 min walk into town, we also traveled to some of the finest beaches Crete has to offer that again weren’t to far away! 12 minutes away from airport so great when you’ve had a day travelling. The owner was great, very attentive and happy to help. We will definatly be booking again!

Most wonderful experience!

We stayed at Bobby and Katerina’s villa, and all I can say was our vacation was amazing. First the house was very accommodating for 20 people, each family occupying one of the 4 apartments. The grounds and pool are beautiful, as the owners take exceptional care of all the amenities. Bobby was very helpful in fielding all of our questions and providing great suggestions. Our most memorable moment was our trip to Elafonisi, which was a 90 minute drive from the villa. As it was a long day, we made it back a bit late to a wonderful dinner as Bobby and Katerina barbecued an assortment of meats and salads. They exceeded all of our expectations and were the best hosts we’ve ever encountered. Many thanks for the most memorable vacation.

Fantastic Greek Villa

Fantastic villa, superb outdoor pool, gardens & patio/dining area, with an equally great owner, I can't recommend Evie's enough. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, Babis (the owner) made us feel welcome. All four apartments are well decorated, well equipped & clean. It's a great base for exploring the local area, though a car is recommended. There is a bus to Chania every 30 mins, which the stop is 10 mins walk away. There are a couple of small supermarkets where you get get most things apart from fresh meat just 10 mins away, with 2 larger supermarkets 5 mins drive away. The owner is amazing, there everyday but not intrusive, tending to the garden, the pool & any maintenance work. His knowledge of the area is superb, evening arranging for a hire car for my sister. He even did a BBQ for is one evening, providing all the food & drink then invited a few of us to a festival in the white mountains a few days later! We had a memorable stay at Evie's, taking all 4 apartments as a family & wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to others.

Incredible holidays in villawith my family

.with my family kept the villa for two weeks and had the kids incredibly went crazy with the pool in the bedroom my father and my mother had the house almost all the days I wanted to leave home. to what our good impression made by the hosts of the house to tour the premises of the villa.

Perfect for family vaction

Huge villa, absolutely perfect for family vacation. The layout of the villa lets you have some privacy when you choose so, or hang out with everybody at the pool area. BBQ is very useful and we have spend most of our nights there. Friendly and helpful owner, excellent cleaning service, we will come back!! Highly recommended villa

nice owner, but was hanging around all the time. showers not great

the villa was good overall - the owner was trying to be very hospitable but ended up always being there when we were.. It would have been good to get some privacy. the showers in the house are not very good - there is always hot water but not enough pressure and the bathrooms are very small. they could have been more spacious relative to the size of the house. the location of the house is right on the main road which is ok, but coming out of the parking is very dangerous (there is a curved mirror but still..). the pool was very nice and communal areas very well kept, the owner was kind and hospitable.
