Perched on a lush 4,100 sq.m. estate overlooking Souda Bay and the White Mountains, Villa Thealassa is a dreamlike retreat where the sea, sky, and mountains meet. This 270 sq.m. single-level villa offers breathtaking panoramic views, complete privacy, and all the comforts of a well-loved home--making it perfect for families and groups of friends. It accommodates up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms, with the option to host 9 by adding 1 folding bed in the living room or one of the bedrooms 1,3, or 4.

Best choice for our family vacation of 7 people from 26 to 80 years old. You will feel pampered and know you are in a special villa. I advise renting a car via their partnership as well. All was just perfect!

My family and I stayed here for my nephews wedding. The property was great, the owner at your service if needed and the management company was attentive to our every need, including the BBQ I hosted …they recommended Chef Georgia and she was awesome. Definitely have on your possibilities list.

Stort, velindrettet og hus med rigelig plads til tre familie. Meget fin have med dejlig stor pool, mange forskellige spisesteder og legeområder. Fin velkomst, da vi ankom til huset sent om aftenen og meget fin kommunikation med Kostas og hans team før og under opholdet. Et feriested vi meget gerne vil anbefale til andre.

Everything is as listed, the property is perfect: tranquil, relaxing, stunning views, very comfortable. The owners are kind and delightful people, everything has been thought of and it feels like you have come home. Best holiday rental of our lives and we look forward to returning.

This is the place to bring your family and relax. The outside grounds and the pool are so wonderful makes it hard to leave the property and do something else. The villa is ideally located near the Airport and very close to Chania. And near some of the best beaches in Crete. Lots of room in the house and multiple places to eat and enjoy the villa Property management is very responsive makes for an easy vacation spot. 5 stars for relaxation and enjoyment

Beautiful from A to Z Easy booking process, prompt reply to questions, at check in we were met by the very kind and generous hosts. Everything you might need is available down to the very fine details. Advise about services in the area was prompt and sincere. The sea view is magnificent day and night, very quiet and relaxing, only 5 miles from Chania town centre. Lots of restaurants and activities around. The swimming pool is one of the best I have seen in a private property, of good length with depth 2.40 meters at the deep end. Overall it was great and all family members of 3 generations enjoyed it and would definitely go again and recommend it for friends

Wonderful holiday at this beautiful spacious house. It was immaculately clean. All communications and support from the property manager was better than anything we have ever received elsewhere. The outside area was perfect. Incredible views - so many different areas to sit and relax. WONDERFUL pool. We would love to visit again. Thank you!!

wir waren mit vier befreundeten Paaren eine Woche in der Villa Thealassa und hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Toller Service vor Anreise ( beste Grüße an Kostas Vasilakis ) und bei Ankunft bzw. Betreuung durch Gianni und Maria ( der Einkaufservice war genial, hier ebenfalls liebe Grüße an die beiden ). Es blieb kein Wunsch offen! Somit verbrachten wir ein tolle Woche bei top Wetter!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

What an amazing villa, we absolutely loved our stay here and the villa and grounds are like being in your own little paradise. We were a party of two families with five children aged 6-9 and we spent most of our time in and around the pool. The pool is spotlessly clean and a big bonus having the diving board which was great fun for us and the kids. Not often you get a 2.4m deep end for some proper diving fun! The house is brilliantly equipped with everything you need, and the owners even left us a welcome stock of fresh fruit and water. The owners welcomed us to the villa, showed us around, and were very prompt in replying to our messages for help about the local area. We felt very well looked after. The rental company themselves (etouri) were also super helpful and really looked after us. If you're looking at renting a villa in the area then I would highly recommend Villa Thealassa, absolutely can't fault anything about the villa or the owners, perfect!
