The villa is nestled in the village of "Chordaki," the final enclave of the Akrotiri Peninsula in Chania. This tranquil area sets the stage for a truly relaxing holiday experience. The 120 m2 property spreads over 2 levels and can comfortably accommodate 4 guests in its 2 bedrooms and up to 5 guests if necessary (the additional guests can be accommodated in the seating area on the first floor).

Ground Floor
Entering the Villa, you will find yourselves in a spacious air conditioned open plan living area which offers direct access to the pool area and consists of the living room, dining area and the kitchen. The living room features a sofa, two armchairs, a 55" HDTV with Netflix and a fireplace. Next to the living room is the dining area with a dining table that seats six guests and a fully equipped kitchen with branded electrical appliances which provides all essentials for a self catered vacation. Lastly there is a kitchen bar counter and chairs complemented by a charming coffee corner.
Lastly, one of the two bedrooms is on the ground floor.

The bedroom also features a 42" HDTV, A/C, open closet, direct access to the pool and garden area.
