Our villa is located at Profitis Ilias, set on private premises, with exceptional outdoors, including private pool, chaise lounge area and deck, large gardens near the center of Chania.
Vila consists of two floors, both surrounded by large windows letting abundant light in, bathing the spaces with natural sunlight. Wooden floors and high reclined wooden ceilings, warm our large spaces with a cozy feeling, while lots of original works of modern art and quality materials, fabrics and furniture, complete the unique juxtaposition of comfort, high-quality design, and practicality!

• Top floor A large, open space, surrounded by large window doors and decorated with unique items and quality furniture. A large queen size bed is found on the top floor and the bathtub is located in the middle of the space. The lack of walls and other types of "obstructions" in the design of this space creates a feeling of openness and 'outdoor living' while totally secure in an absolutely safe and 100% private space. The floor offers views both towards the sea and the garden of the villa. An extra single bed can be placed here if requested and if your group consists of more than 4-5 people. Of course, high-quality linens are provided for your stay!
• Ground floor On the ground floor, you will find a beautifully decorated large living room and the dining space. Right next to it there is a fully equipped modern Kitchen, offering everything needed for preparing any meal, snack or beverage your feel like. A second WC/Shower is available on the floor while a separate room with a double bed is available. On the living room, a couch can be used only if absolutely needed and your group consists of 6 people
• Outdoors A superb swimming pool and outdoor facilities, sun loungers, wooden deck, flowers and plants in a 100% private space are there for our guests to enjoy. This is unquestionably the area of the villa where you will spend most of your time during your stay. Just at some minutes of walking distance from our home, you will find the Tampakaria and Chalepa region which we suggest you visit. There you will find the historical district of Chalepa with the mansions of the 19th and 20th century, some amazing routes to follow parallel to the seashore and some of the greatest taverns and cafes of the city.
At the aristocratic district of Chalepa you can find the palace of former Prince George and the house of Eleftherios Venizelos that today hosts the National Research Foundation “Eleftherios K. Venizelos”, with his statue placed in the homonymous square, the French School (1860), the Russian church of Agia Magdalini and the Church of Evangelistria.
