The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features a living/sleeping area with a double sofa bed, a Scandinavian wood stove (for decorative purposes), a dining table, and a flat-screen TV. This level also provides access to the garden and a balcony. Additionally, there is another double bedroom on the upper floor.

The chalet is equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen is fully furnished with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with four burners, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, making it easy to prepare meals. The property also offers air conditioning, gas heating (available from October 15 to April 30), and natural stone floors throughout. Outside, you can enjoy a large balcony, two large terraces with terrace furniture, balcony furniture, a barbecue area, and four deck chairs.

Property is in a peaceful village, yet close to more touristic places like Como, Bellagio, Milan. Tip: take the boat in Argegno (15 min drive) to go to Bellagio. The property has every comfort and has everything you need.
